DO NOT GO TO THE GYM FROM 5pm 8pmThe amount of kids at this gym is insane some of these kids honestly should not be going. complete disrespect on gym etiquette and the way some of these kids abuse the workout equipment. I had this one kid in front of me on the treadmill at high speeds and almost lost control, luckily he was able to step off and stop the it. Planet fitness need to do better regarding this program for these teens. I don’t know how it’s going with other gyms but I’m going to have to reconsider my membership.

Very rude staff.. Customer service is terrible. I've been to 6 to 10 from San Diego all the way up to San Jose and this is the worst staff.

I am very fond of this location! The staff is always very welcoming and attentive to the gym’s needs! They clean avidly and refill the sanitation stations with the utmost urgency, which is greatly appreciated considering the state of the world. The other guests are also very courteous when it comes to reracking weights and wiping down equipment after themselves. While the crowd meter feature on the app may seem a bit daunting at times, there is always enough machines and weights to suit your needs.

Judgement free zone. Love that about this gym. Since I'm not skinny and trying to lose weight.Treadmills are awesome. Love The TV line-ups. I can listen to my music and watch TV at the same time.Very, very, very clean.People seem to be very friendly.The atmosphere in this gym, during the night is unmatched.

There's no words to describe how horrible is the customerservice in this location specifically during slow hours, theonly 5 times I visited this location the same girl with thishorrible attitude with no intentions to help or respondsany questions, I asked something and she just walkedaway saying that she was busy and it was clearly that shedidn't have nothing else to do other than being on thefront desk.I rather pay a little extra in another gym than giving awaymy money for a horrible serviceI couldn't get her name but she has red hair, other stafflooks more friendly and welcoming.
