Been going to 9 Round for a year now and cannot recommend it enough. All of the trainers I've had have been incredibly personable and knowledgeable, while the other people going to the gym are very nice and respectful of the environment.The workout, although "scripted", is always challenging + fun and is also easy to modify to fit my individual workout needs. Sometimes I'll be working through an injury or sometimes I just won't have the energy to go as hard as I normally do and there's no pressure to do so.Perhaps the best part is that you get the same sort of benefits as other "boutique gyms" (I was previously a member of Orange Theory, Barre 3, and multiple yoga studios) but you don't have to sign up for individual classes, don't have to be there at a particular time for class to start (except for being there during normal hours), and you're working out individually so it doesn't feel as competitive as other gyms do.Totally worth the price of admission. :)

I’m a member from Missouri and I was here for work back in November and here again in December; I love 9Round and seek one out wherever I am! This Henderson location does not disappoint, the owner is amazing and really knows his clientele’s strengths and weaknesses and really maximizes each individuals workout!!!! I will be back every time I’m back in the area!!!

Nice place and friendly staff. The worst experience canceling the service. Make sure you inform in the gym that you started a month in advance that you want to stop and have a signed form. Not because you signed for a year contract they will stop charging you, even that they can see in the system that you haven't use any gym.

I went there and wow…Logan kept me working! 9 round is a wonderful experience!! Go try it people! Logan is the best make sure and ask for him and he will get your heart pumping!!! He kept me motivated and helped me understand the workout!!!! Logan is for sure #1!!!!!
