It’s a good gym, but got suspended for a few for nothing and I asked around on what happened they were being really rude and not giving me anything terrible staff here also only few say hi welcome in and the rest just look at you when you say hello to them they really need to check there staff but I know they won’t

You may want to try it first before signing. Music with ads is obnoxiously loud. Even your fancy expensive noise canceling headphones may not be able to filter it out.Edit: I think it gets louder

I love this gym , I have been coming to this location for years now . The only complaint I have is that the cardio section is so outdated. All machines are older and half the TVs do not work. I hope they get new equipment

This gym is awesome! Indoor walking track is a must during the summer. I work with a trainer 2x a week at Eastern location. His name is Lou and would recommend him highly!

I'm a long time member and generally enjoy the gym . But I have an issue that I haven't been able to get resolved. A few months ago they cranked up the music so loud it's obtrusive. I have to blast my own headphones to even hear a podcast. I measured it and it's frequently over 80 decibels which is supposed to be unhealthy . I've tried speaking to team members who couldn't help, to managers who said they had no ability to help , I have tried to contact in corporate and I have tried reaching out several times on social media. This is ruining my experience and my ability to concentrate on my workout . Plus I worry that it's an unhealthy level of volume . I am frustrated with such a simple matter is so difficult to even find someone who I can address this to.

Just signed up recently, facility seems to be clean. It's like dealing with car salesman when signing up, trying to get you to pay almost $1000 upfront for a membership. Lol

I talked to Gade over the phone and he told me that I could do the body fat tasting for $10 even though I didn't have a membership, I went to the unit and he wasn't there, and the manager said he gave the wrong information, in short, I took a trip lost, I'm disappointed in you guys.
