This is a brand new massive gym! The pool is still being built however the gym is up and running with all new equipment, a tiered cardio movie room, a massage area, an outdoor gym, a turf sled area, plenty of squat racks, multiples of everything to accommodate the busiest of days! This place has it all!

Employees are always spending their time at the main desk INSTEAD of re-racking weights, refilling towel dispensers, cleaning, and ensuring the gym is in good shape. On top of it all, this location is always crowded, no matter the time.On the plus side, there’s an array of great machines.

Great new location love the lay out would have given 5 stars but the only down falls are the staff doesn’t enforce any of the rules and you have people that don’t pay for current amenities using them because doors are being propped open. Which is unfortunate for “us” the ones that pay extra for those amenities when other people don’t and the staff doesn’t seem to care. Because they wanna be “customer service” friendly. Which is understandable but there’s a way to enforce rules and still be customer service oriented. Plus you have people climbing all over equipment and setting up damn near movie sets and the staff still won’t say anything. SMH 😂💀

This might be the best eos in the country and definitely the best in the area. Nicest facility, most friendly staff, and great variety of equipment. Personal trainers are are very knowledgeable and professional too (especially Patrick). Great welcoming environment for people of all levels to better themselves. Only negative thing about the gym is requiring close toed shoes but it can never be a place to fully optimize health while forgoing foot health. It'd be nice if they had gymnastics rings hung somewhere high too as well as a tib bar and monkey feet.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. every single EOS gym that I have been to has given me a different story on what they offer and how much it costs and every time I try to do something There is another fee so be careful. This is a lot more expensive than they actually say. They tell you you can cancel and 30 days and then when you decide to cancel. They say there's a fee. You want to downgrade, there is a fee. and there's also a yearly membership fee.

They are closed! Why claim 24 hours a day and be closed. I have been going here for 2 weeks now and the receptionist sits on his phone. I’ve been greeted once, the towel dispensers are always empty, and the weights are messy. Instead of refilling those and cleaning the gym floor, the receptionist sits on his phone ignoring everyone. The gym is nice, but it’s frustrating to see the weights a mess and being turned away because a “24 hour” gym is closed.

The amount of negative reviews over stupid things is hilarious: the employee questioned my beverage, I could not find parking, etc. People will literally tarnish a business because one small thing will ruin their day. Americans whine so …

This gym is great, until you try to cancel. They lied to me 3 times! (Not including the sales guy, who basically lied about 50% of it) And tried to charge me over a $100 after I canceled! It took me over 2 weeks to get a hold of a specialized operations manager to get my account canceled. He did refund me the $100 but it was absolutely insane how much effort it took. The manager of a different store even shook my hand telling me he would get it fixed. He literally did nothing. I tried to call this store and they told me it wasn't their problem.Read the fine print and assume they will ignore it anyways. They know that no one will sue over $100 so they might as well screw those who are leaving anyways.Their salespeople will tell you that you cancel in 6 months. They won't mention that the fee to cancel in 6 months is higher then waiting the next 6 months. They won't tell you that you have to pay at least one additional month when you do cancel. Even if you waited an entire year.Don't call their 800# it's a 3rd party company they do their billing through. Those guys get in trouble if they let you cancel. Get a confirmation number. Don't hang up until you get an email. You will get screwed if they can.
