My first night at this EōS on a Tuesday around 12-1am was good until I got to the the locker room. I thought when I put my things away, the smell of the locker room wasn’t a big deal. But after my workout, coming to find out that the smell was dirty shower drains I was disgusted. It smelled like the showers haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Gnats flying all in the drains and in the showers. When I signed up for the gym, I specifically asked if they cleaned the showers constantly throughout the day. Will be trying other EōS’s but by this being one of the newest locations…I’m hesitant to try out others as well.

I go to 2 EōS Fitness centers regularly. The staff is friendly and professional. The equipment is usually available when you want to use it. And the massage beds alone are worth the membership fee.

The 1 star is only for them being snakes or genuinely not trained properly. While visiting I signed up on the premise they were promoting $1 enrollment fee and $10 a month where the guy told me I could freeze my account for $5 a month as many times as I want until I visit again then I pay $10. ok perfect I usually come for a few days every now and then. NOPE as many others have said in these reviews, 2 weeks later they send you a $50 enrollment fee which isn’t clearly shown to you or discussed at enrollment (unless it’s fine print) but appears as a “renewal fee” ??Then when I call they tell me “sorry I’ll bring this up to the GM this has been happening a lot and unfortunately we can’t do anything about it. “Just be aware if you decide to sign up it’s actually a $51 enrollment fee and $10 a month ($15 per month including fee). Not bad if I could frequently go even though it’s always crowded but just be straight up with the prices

Thank you, Simon, for giving me my final reason to stop my membership with EoS. Poor customer service. Simon says, "No guests, no exceptions and no family memberships." So my son, visiting for 2 days, would have to have a membership to even look around. According to Simon. He also had no concern or questions on why I was canceling my membership. I haven't even received an email. There are too many other gyms that would treat their clients better. Or at least act like they want our business.

Love this location. It has a variety of group classes, theater, massage chairs, sauna, pool, backyard and more. Definitely a good time! I wish they had a bigger variety of equipments. But overall a great gym.

Day care is one of the most important things I look for at the gym. Paige has met all my expectations. She treats my daughter with so much care and she is very friendly and personable. I have nothing but good things to say about this staff member.

I joined EoS after a 4-year hiatus from the gym. I had major surgery (total hip replacement for both hips) and was too embarrassed to go to the gym.In May 2023, my hubby & I signed up at EoS…my first group fitness class was Jakie’s Zumba class…and it’s been nonstop going to the gym sinceI felt like I came back alive after that.Since then, I have started taking a Bodypump or BARRE class before Zumba, it’s my new combo. Group Fitness classes aren’t for everyone, but I sure do love them.We have been able to keep up our goal of 3-4 days at the gym. So far, so good !!

I am a current member and on the cusp of leaving. The price and location are great, but I'm willing to pay more and drive further for a better experience. The gym is WAY too overcrowded at all times of the day and it's become a teenagers's hangout. I wouldn't normally mind because we were all there, but not when the gym is packed and I have to wait for equipment constantly. Additionally, it seems EOS staffs appropriately to generate new sales/members, but not enough to keep the place clean to make sure current clients have a good experience and are happy. If they just had more staff members cleaning, putting weights away and fixing equipment quickly that would help.I don't know how they can solve the culture they've created in the gym with people standing around chatting and playing on their phones. If it wasn't so crowded then it wouldn't be a big deal, but not when there's a wait for every major piece of equipment. I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because it has potential. It has a lot of squat racks, free weights, and great open area for mobility & other, but obviously just not enough for the amount of members they allow.

Just cancel my membership. Be careful when you get a trainer make sure they tell you exactly what you’re paying for. I asked to talk to someone so I upgrade my membership so I go to the classes somehow I end up getting a trainer which is not what I want it to begin with, but the guy told me it was going to be like $300 and I end up paying way way more. I never felt so ripped off in my life.

Disappointed that the pool, even while the water was crystal clear, the particulate matter was disgusting. The feeling of a glob of hair (not mine) on my face while swimming laps was gross. Also the hair dryer in the locker room didn't work. Overall the gym is nice, but these things need proper attention and maintenance.
