To put it shortly. My life felt like it was falling apart, and kickboxing, specifically I love kickboxing in Henderson has helped me out of that. I am so thankful, definitely the best decision I’ve made. I am already noticing progress just on week 3!

All of the instructors are amazing! They keep you on track and help you achieve your goals!! They keep you motivated and they push you to be your best and this gym has made a HUGE difference in many peoples fitness lives!

Recently joined and "ilovekickboxing" Henderson! The staff is amazing, very friendly and super helpful! I know each time I go in I'm going to be challenged but leave feeling GREAT! The music and trainer keep you pumped and motivated. Not overcrowded and plenty of session times to choose from!

I love this gym! I was very nervous to try kickboxing but the staff is great and made me right at home off the bat. The energy is so positive that before I know it the class is over and it's time to go. I look forward to each session and can't wait to learn more.

I absolutely love this location! Staff is very friendly & motivating. The facility is very clean & I love that they keep “smell goods” in the bathroom as well as feminine products!! I have never in my 30 something years of living thought I would ever get addicted to working out!

iLoveKickboxing Henderson is amazing. I have been a member since July 2017 and the pounds are dropping while the fists and kicks are flying! All of the staff are extremely dedicated and invested in each members’ success. They push you to be the best because they know you have it in you.
