I have been there for nearly two years and I don’t plan to change to any other clubs. Nice pools, nice refreshment bar and many classes have gained good points for this club

I have memberships at 2 other gyms and got to say this is the worst one. Literally every session the same two female trainers always comes up to tell me to not drop weights ON THE DEADLIFT PLATFORM!!!, can't have bags on floors, can't take off shoes for deadlifts, can't take pictures in locker room when literally every other female daily takes pictures there. Gym is supposed to be my safe space and these same two trainers make it so uncomfortable to workout there that I wanted to drop the membership at first lying saying I was moving so not to spend energy complaining but that process is difficult. All I got was a number from the front desk that literally tells you to wait on the line and then hangs up each time. Other locations are better but this one really has a poor environment.

Meh, been coming here almost 3 years now. Stellar playroom, which is the main attraction of this gym. Equipment is decent and normally well upkept, have not seem any equipment upgrades since I started going. I'm a mid-morning gym goer, so place is decently busy such that you need to have a flexible routine since most machines are singles with a few duplicates, like leg extensions or cable machines. Juice bar is hit or miss, sometime it's almost custard and others it's watery. Sometimes they call your order by name, others by what you ordered. It's a standard gym on the pricier side.

I took a tour of this facility with my wife and brother early Saturday afternoon. What started out as an exciting and detailed tour of the expansive gym that is known as "Best of Las Vegas" soon became an awkward departure. The manager, Juan, showed us both floors of the building which included the free weights, isolation machines, classrooms, pools, and track. Everything was going smoothly until we got back to his office. After explaining the different levels of membership, we thanked him for the tour and told him that we would think about it and get back to him. He tried to pressure us into signing up right then by mentioning that he really needed the business and was going to be "leaving next week". I asked him if he had a business card he could give us, so if we did sign up, we could do with him at a later time. He said no and then told us that if we helped him out, he could help us out by giving us 3 free protein shakes! We politely but firmly refused again, at which point he took the membership sign-up paper from us and said that we couldn't keep it because promotions could change. Then we thanked him again and he literally stared away from us while holding the door open for us to leave.Any desire to sign up at LVAC immediately evaporated due to the manager's overbearing and pushy attitude! Respect peoples' decisions and business will naturally come!

Really based off the environment and overall customer service. The front desk is very bland and very often has a no welcome attitude. The juice bar people are great ! And a few of the floor team are welcoming. The gym is kind of bland & people can be very stand offish. But solid to get a great workout in. In terms of equipment, it’s all kind of old. I’ve been coming here well over 1 year & a half now.

The most busy gym, but the building is large and there’s lots to do if your next machine is busy. I posted a picture of the playroom hours, because they don’t list them online and I was constantly having to call to confirm the hours. Most holidays the playroom is closed, but sometimes they stay open for a couple hours for that holiday. You’re allowed 2 hours per child, per day, with only one check-in per day.

Memberships here is very affordable. For less than $25 a month you can have access to a club that's open 24 hours. I think I pay in full on an annual basis and the monthly works out to be less than $20. The reason I come here is for the sheer number and variety of classes. I understand that equipment here is actually quite good too if you like to lift weights. The indoor running track is a nice way to cool down or get your steps in without being in the heat of the summer.
