Great gym and I'd give them 5 stars for the gym itself but I cancelled my membership (verbally & written) in April when I moved and they've continued to charge my credit card including May, June and July. In my experience, no one answers the phone or responds to voice mails or emails.

My wife joined months ago. And now that I'm a member, why did I not quit 24 Hour Fitness sooner than I did. Very happy to be with Next Level. Keep up the good work 👍 The new equipment this place has is second to none. …

Excellent gym! Next level has all new equipment and is constantly adding more! It is always immaculately clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful: Barbara and Landry are delightful. If you need guidance, during staffed hours, there is always someone to assist you. After hours, the key fob allows entry - all gym rules still apply! They do not have showers or offer group classes, but you can get exceptional personal training; Landry is top notch- very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall, this gym has a great atmosphere, a comfortable and safe environment, and great management, who always listen to members requests and feedback!

By FAR the best gym in Henderson and surrounding area. They have equipment here you will not find anywhere else in town. Place is immaculate. I cannot express to you enough how awesome the place is. Worth every penny. If you are serious about the gym you workout in, this is the place. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Awesome Gym. Great selection of all new equipment and free weights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is spotless clean.

New home gym! This place is exceptionally clean. All the equipment is nice and new everything you could want from a gym. A very reasonable price. Management is awesome. They have a great atmosphere in there. Thankful that I ran across this place.

10/10 would recommend, I’ve been to every bigger gym in the Henderson/ Las Vegas area and this is by far the nicest high end equipment I’ve seen. It’s SO clean and boutique style so you’re not gonna have 6,000 members which I personally love. I use to be a member when it was a fitness 19 only out of convince to my house but this is completely different!! Brand new stuff and, they even changed the day care to a stretching warm up room!!! So stoked about it and the owner Jeff and his son are so nice and professional, even if you don’t live in Henderson check out their mountains edge location. And no contract :)

I'm thoroughly enjoying this gym and the value that I receive from my membership.Having been a member of several other Vegas area gyms over the last 18 years, I am able to find the same or greater diversity of (much higher quality & brand new) equipment and free weights. There is also a separate, ample space & endless set of accessories for stretching and core training. I have yet to observe a single machine be down for repair more than a day or two, and I have noticed that Jeff has continued to listen and look for opportunities to build out the gym further.Jeff has a well-vetted, core team that consistently greets members in a friendly and professional manner. You won't find these folks planting themselves behind the desk or in an office, talking endlessly on the phone, or chatting up their favorite guests. These folks are always on the move -- walking the floor, cleaning/picking up, asking how you're getting along. Jeff's team keeps the place humming and nearly spotless -- you won't find dust bunnies under or inside the equipment, spills on the floor, dirty bathrooms, etc.I appreciate that the few rules that members are asked to agree/sign are enforced -- e.g., sign/swipe-in, register your guests, wipe up after yourself, rack your weights, etc. The members that I have observed range from the novice to the most serious body builders. All seem to quietly go about their workout while being courteous and respectful of one another. This is not a meat market to hustle your next date nor a place you'll find teenagers taking endless selfies.Best of all, Jeff accomplishes all this at a price point that is quite fair for the experience that he/his team deliver every day.

This gym is great. It has a nice variety of equipment. The place is always clean. The staff is very nice, and always willing to help. The prices are incredibly fair. I can’t recommend this gym strongly enough.

I absolutely love everything about this gym! Clean, open 24/7, staff is above and beyond, friendly and equipment is top notch! Owner takes pride in his gym and it shows. Best gym in Henderson!
