Orange theory is literally, the worst fitness center in Flagstaff. During the pandemic they ripped me off and charged me the $150 that the state mandated they not charge any of its patrons. Don’t waste your money on these people.

After only going there one time, I still feel the burn, 36 hours later, like it actually worked!! And believe it or not, my work pants are already more loose on me!! I know it sounds crazy, but it’s amazing!! I plan on continuing to go more!!

I love the trainers! It's an intense workout for sure but the environment (awesome music and friendly encouragement) makes it totally doable. The staff is all very helpful. I thought I would be intimidated by the whole thing but I'm not at all. The trainers walk you through everything and everyone is concentrating on their own workout so no one is busy judging.
