If you're newly on your health/fittness & wellness journey, look no further! Having said that; I'm a new member at OTF, and thus far I’ve been loving it. I was a bit nervous & intimidated to start, but once I did, there's been nothing I look forward to more. It’s a super welcoming environment & the workout classes are very motivating. Their amazing coaches guide & constantly push you to be better. I love the fact that there’s always variety to the workouts. It’s fast paced, music bumpin, coach led HITT class promises results!! The best part is getting to actively see how many calories you’re burning, what heart rate zone you’re in, and how many splat points that you have which enables you to set goals & keep records to track progress. They def get 5 stars from me!

I am a bit new to these orange theory workouts, three months in, but I am addicted. The workouts are always challenging and never boring. The front desk staff is always so nice and welcoming, the coaches keep you motivated and are helpful when you need adjustments (form, alternative moves, etc).
