I've taken a few of the classes, extreme pilates is certainly an extreme workout. I've done several drop in classes on Saturdays. The place is clean, friendly, spacious and even a bit bougie. I do like how their windowed classes have a filter that lets in all the natural lighting but keeps the privacy at 100%.

I've taken 3 classes here, the extreme Pilates plus. Each class is different and will definitely challenge you. The studio is clean and the instructors are awesome. They are very friendly, approachable and help fix your form. I look forward to coming to class and am eager to try out the other classes they offer. I've tried other Pilates studios but this one by far, has been my FAVORITE.

Jocelyn O's yoga classes are challenging but so worth my time and attention! I appreciate her rhythm of teaching and the energy she gives the class. Her presence exudes stability; she leads and shepherds us through a series of stretches and movements that teach my body and mind where I have room to grow.

This was the hardest best Pilates workout I have ever done. Great instructor and nice staff. Nice showers with soap, conditioner, lotion, and shampoo.

What a great place...instructors who know their stuff and took the time to get to know mine! Classes are fun and the rooms are so SPACIOUS. The vinyasa classes are challenging but there are always options to modify and the Pilates is a real deal for the membership.

Love this new fitness studio! They have so much to offer. I attended a yoga class and loved it - the instructor was prepared, catered to all levels and gained my trust as the class went on. I'll be back!
