I started taking Reformers Pilates to help a friend (a.k.a Ashley). I didn’t realize I would ENJOY the workout as much as I did! Ashley made it easy to love! She is an amazing teacher, made me feel comfortable & is super patient.I don’t fit (what I thought was) the mold of a typically Pilates student – because I’m plus size.
