UFC FIT Silverado

Finally this gym has a good manager, “Cris” was the best choice for this gym, today I arrived at the gym and the receptionist said that there was no more space in the kids club, so I was leaving when I found Cris and said that the kids club was full, he immediately sent someone inside to help in the kids club and like that, as if by magic he prevented me from wasting my time going home after taking a pre-workout and with a child crying frustrated for not being able to have the expected fun. Thank you Cris, you are a born leader. Unfortunately many people will never be a leader because they don't think about solving a problem, they just look at your face and say I'm sorry you won't be able to work out today because we don't have space in the kids club, since they only need to send an extra person inside for a few minutes, until the others kids leave. Thanks again Chris. A leader solves problems, a useless one only look at your face and said I’m sorry!

I recently joined UFC Fit and I'm very pleased with the experience so far. The staff are very friendly and the gym is clean and the equipment is of good quality and well maintained. The gym is not super busy like the bargain basement gyms like EOS and Planet Fitness. The new manager Chris and the sales lady Terry are really good people and set me up with a great membership deal for my particular fitness needs. I'm really happy this far!

Had joined about 5 months ago. Was going well. Then was absent from the gym for a few months. Decided to come back on mothers day. Checked first on line to see if they were open and it said they were. Went to the gym. Guess what...CLOSED WITH NO "MOTHERS DAY"NOTICE!!! Even the door has a notice showing hours they should of been open. Not sure what's happened in the months I was gone. Maybe they are going out of business.

I like the gym, but was not using it. I emailed to cancel my membership. I was then told that I had to make a payment, that was due AFTER I cancelled, in order to cancel. I explained that I cancelled BEFORE it was due, so I would not pay it. They apparently can email you regarding payments, but won't cancel your membership. They then charged me over double the monthly payment!

The gym is nicely equipped and there are a decent amount of mats and heavy bags with mostly friendly staff, especially at the front desk. The cons to me are mostly the price being on the higher side, and the overall low energy along with the slightly off atmosphere because it’s almost always mostly empty and the music playlist is like a type of annoying mash up of hits from 15+ years ago. Or a ton of drake and hip hop usually louder than it should be.

Terrible Sellers Here！They can't stop trying to sell you packages！But some of their coach are very unprofessional，they just care have you buy new class. Once they know you haven't purchased new classes, they will often take time off or be absent from your last few classes!

Very unclean, and unorganized, weights and plates just randomly all over the place. Absolutely no gym etiquette from staff or most members Equipment hasn't been cleaned or dusted in months. Locker rooms unkept and at times smell very bad. Seems like staff turnover rate is very high, and management is more focused on selling memberships than taking care of the current members or facility. They really only speak to you if they feel there is an opportunity to sell something. Most staff have no clue about customer service or fitness. Most of the the original staff that actually took pride in what they do are now gone. Place is not even 2 years old and has been run into the ground. Way over priced for a poor environment, unclean atmosphere and poor unknowledgeable customer service. Go across the street to Planet Fitness. 10 dollars and its clean and well kept. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.**Would give a zero rating if it let me.

Favorite gym in Vegas, all the equipment is newer and they keep it very clean. You’ll pay a little more for this gym but it’s worth it. (Wait for a promotion) Ufc fit never gets super packed or overcrowded like cheaper gyms. Plus the Heagy bag area is a plus for fun cardio. Also who doesn’t like watching ufc fights or nba live on huge TVs while working out 👌🏼 @domjjones

This gym is meticulously maintained, unlike eos fitness and my ex wife. These machines are never broken or out of spec. (They are tight, like a tiger) Loose cables dramatically reduce the range of motion and increase injury so if you enjoy safety violations I recommend EOS fitness or planet shitness. But if you want a good workout with options, safe machines, no waiting , and staff that remember your appointments pay a little extra and join UFC. You deserve it.

I love this gym. Equipment is always clean. Staff is always so friendly. They have a pretty cool recovery system. I hate reading all those awful reviews, a lot of it sounds like easy to fix misunderstandings and gym equipment breaks from time to time; I’ve seen that happen in every gym I ever too. The gym is supposed to be a place where you are there to better yourself but don’t forget the gym itself is also there for the same reasons.
