This gym is not your average gym. I love the atmosphere and energy contained within this hard working, inspired and motivating gym. The staff, coaches, and personal were extremely welcoming, professional, passionate and committed towards my success and personal goals. The equipment is modernly new there was organization and cleanliness. There was plenty of parking and the location is close to the highway.

Amazing gym to go to, very clean and the people are amazing at coaching! Love the environment, and great music while working out! Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in embarking in a healthy and active lifestyle!

I really enjoyed the WODs here. They have a great environment and great coaches. Special shout out to Jose, Claudia, Connie and Danny. They are a great team. I had to move and that’s the only reason I won’t be able to go back for now. I had a minor issue when I forgot to remove my credit card when I moved and Jon helped me right away to correct the issue. Really went above and beyond when he didn’t need to. Come out and try a WOD you will not be disappointed!

I love this GYM is very clean, and the environment is perfect for a good workout. It has all the necessary equipment in terms of quantity and quality. The coaches are excellent!

The coaches and staff at Gainz FIT are amazing! They really care about helping members reach their fitness goals. In every class, the coaches are actively involved, giving personal attention and helpful feedback to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. They're friendly, patient, and go above and beyond to support everyone, no matter their fitness level.

It’s a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength & beauty of which her body is capable!!! At 45 I’ve been a Crossfitter for over 4 years, and Gainz Fit has truly become my second home. The box is CLEAN, great programming, professional Rogue equipment, CLEAN showers, great kids room (they even provide snacks) the coaches genuinely strive and care to make you a better athlete. From proper technique, to pushing you out of your comfort zone they are always there to assist you. I have grown so much in the past year. The positive energy of the box is like no other we work hard, and wod even harder! Fellow athletes helping one another, and the loudest cheers are those helping a fellow member push through those last grueling reps before the clock stops. If you’re looking for a box that will challenge you physically, and help you achieve goals you never thought possible Gainz Fit is definitely the spot!

Great place! Good vibes! Great coaches! Awesome members! Love the variety and different options offered! Safety first is always exercised at this box! My athletic performance has positively improved since I joined in September of 2017 and it's only the beginning! Can't say enough good things about this place! Absolutely Love it!
