I love the classes and coaches are great! I looked into F45 after I wanted add more strength training and conditioning to my weekly routine. Each class is well organized , programming is well done, and the energy is great. I look forward to the 5am class every time ! Try a free class you will love it too!

I’m not (was) a fan of functional classes and I tried f45 at Doral and I loved it! I tried it and right after the class was done I enrolled. Great atmosphere, great group, always on time and very challenging but fun at the same time. I highly recommend it
