Excellent services all people are very generous and gentle

This place is ehhh, they don't have a lot of variety in machines or enough dumbbells. I'm fact they don't even have a bench press or a military press machine. This gym lacks a lot of essential equipment. But it is what it is.

First time at planet fitness and I'm very very disappointed that the young lady (long brown hair works in the evening on weekends) at the front was unnecessarily rude. I was looking to get ( 2 )year passes for my husband and I, but she was on Instagram and taking photos of herself which was unprofessional and self indulgent. After I asked her name which she refused, she whispered something under her breath about my outfit. I immediately walked out and my husband almost went in to curse her out in Spanish so she would understand her mistake.Will not be visiting this location again. They obviously are people who like to body shame which is sad because I just had a baby trying to begin my fitness journey.I do not recommend anyone who is not already in shape to visit this location. If planet fitness wants to continue to make money they need to retrain her immediately.

this is a great planet fitness and all the employees are nice and friendly

My planet fitness is being remodeled, I can't wait to see how beautiful and new it will look. (every year they remodel or paint it).

I had a lovely experience at the gym, and good service from the staff.

Today I went with my wife and she came with me as a guest and I couldn't stay because I felt bad and I asked them to leave her alone for today and they told me not the 3 managers who were there. I told her that, then I would cancel my black card and go to LA Fitness and the response was they didn't care.Owner should teach employees to be more flexible with customers, there are a lot of competition.Thank you for those 9 years that I was part of your club.

Great gym with a good hospitality. This location have been changed since the last 3 months, it’s a way better of how it used to be, managers are really paying attention to the members and to what we really need, the gym is clean and organized. Recommend 👍🏻 …
