Men's Room Extremely Sucio!! ......when I say extremely, I mean garbage all over the floor throughout the men's room and garbage cans overflowing , urinals stink, toilets nasty....DISGUSTING!!.....We are paying for this place to be a healthy clean gym ...I have been coming here to LA Fitness Hialeah for years, but I am never going back,Management needs to change ASAP!!!

Pro: big gymCons: is a mess, weights are everywhere, nothing is where it needs to be. Dumbbells all over the floors and different locations. Funny how there is a sign of Put dumbbells back. But the employee? Not showing a good presentation for someone who comes from a different state

I have seen this gym get worse by day, little by little they removed the paper dispensers they had around the gym that you’d pick when sweating. Please place them back, improve your subscribers experience.

Ugh! Took two buses to get there because the one in my neighborhood isn’t ready yet and this location has a Whirlpool 😡 THEY DON’T enforce the Protocol for using the Sauna! I was told by a Manager when I complained that “members have an option”. He was half my age. In all the years I have been alive, (72) the ONLY “option” to exercise inside a Sauna is whether or not you want to wear clothes. SHOES? Dirty shoes worn outside?????? 😡😡😡 Disgusting. And, no towels, either! But, the fellow who checked me in was lovely, I owe him to say this. Guess who is not returning here?

Came down to Miami to visit a friend of mine and ended up going to this location for the few nights I was here. Overall, it's a really nice gym, very clean and very open/large. They even have a little NRGizer bar up front (for protein and pre-workout) that is different compared to our Orlando locations. Will definitely come back to this location the next time I am in the area.

I see potential in this place. What I like about is that it is spacious. But there are a couple of concerns that I have with this locationThe machines are extremely outdated and not maintained well. They are super rusty. Not only that but the basketball court, the floor is super slippery. It needs a major wax. I am surprised no one has gotten hurt yet. But that’s something I hope they can get fixed asap as the main reason I am a member is to play basketball. If these issues can be addressed then I would give 5 stars.

I highly recommend Norberto Alvarez as a personal trainer very passionate and dedicated with all the customers, I have been training for over 4 months now and already seeing changes in my body and strength.

I've been a member of LA fitness now for quite some time. I also play raquetball as part of my cardio. One of the courts glass broke and it's been months now and they haven't fixed it. We have already mentioned it a couple of times and nothing has been done about it. Court #4 has no air conditioner.

This place is horrible. Management doesnt care. Benches were removed from outside the courts. Court 3 door has been broken for weeks. Court 4 ac has not been working for months. This is unacceptable for a place that charges so much.

It’s a shame that in this gym, being that big and with so much potential, you’ll struggle to find two dumbbells the same weight together. It is very disorganized and kept so badly. I feel bad for people that work there because I know many members have zero consideration with the staff and with the other members but management should do something about it. I’ve been there early, right after it opens and seen weights all over the place. I wish they were a bit more strict about members following the rules. I attached some pictures and you can find it like that anytime you go there.
