The air conditioning has been broken for a long time and they don't fix it, the heat is unbearable and the Co2 is very high. Otherwise I consider it good.

Ale is one of the Assistant Managers and she’s very helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and approachable. Overall, this gym is excellent!

The employee Alexandra Galindo treat us like she is superior to any customer, very arrogant, i asked for the massage beds and she said if is 1 account only 1 person can have the massage. Nobody clarify that to me when I opened the account, not even as a complement she offered. Both bed were empty and Nobody was waiting for it. Also there were not paper towels to clean the massage bed. Very disappointed.

Miguel, Dylan and the shift manager Allen. At Planet Fitness Miami lakes location are outstanding and very helpful. Every time I arrive at the gym Miguel greets me with a super energetic happy attitude, the shift manger Allen is making sure things run smoothly and My Boy Dyln making sure everyone checks in. This gym is great, and Jay, the staff member, is simply amazing! Jay's super friendly, knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile to help you out, he gave me a full explanation of how the machines work and their function. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable. The gym itself is really good. Seriously, an awesome fitness experience all thanks to Jay and this great gym.
