Always very clean. But the new staff coming in aren't nearly has professional or welcoming like the group of veterans on their way out. Please teach these new younger employees customer service skills and to not look so depressed when members walk in through the door.

This planet fitness is always clean which is way i choose to come here. There’s one staff member Natalie who is walking around and making sure everything is in place. She’s very friendly and good with communicating with people. She also persuaded me to upgrade to black card which was a great choice!

This fitness center is now one of the best!! Javier the new manager makes sure all the machines are working, very clean and the whole facility is sanitized constantly. I feel very safe coming to this location any day of the week. On top of that being a black card member has its perks as Javier and his team always has a massage bed waiting for me after my work out. First class!!

Man I love this gym! The trainer Jesus is the best! He supports your strive and makes sure to go at your pace. I feel more toned and more energized after working with him. I wish I would have started with him from the very beginning. Schedule your 1:1 with him as soon as you sign up for the gym! Take full advantage of this awesome service offered by planet fitness. The gym itself is well kept. Minor repairs needed but they always have the maintenance crew come in a fix ASAP. Staff is friendly as well.

Of all the PF I've visited, this one is the best kept location. The staff is extremely well mannered and care about the clients. Bailey is extremely helpful and is always picking up the the gym making sure everything is well kept. Very sweet kid, always in a great mood and welcoming to guests.Vicky is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my account and she was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me and took care of my issue better than any representative in the past. I was not happy with the service and almost canceled my membership, but she was informative and she made sure to take great care of me and handle the issue right away, she even had me call and follow up and had taken the initiative to handle it before I followed up! Very well trained staff! Thank you Vicky and Bailey for making my customer experience a great one!

Nice clean hygienic gym, pick yourbtime wisely sometimes its crowded specially in the stretching area and on the free weight, some members take much time on the machines for example leg extension machines there is just one and the other under maintenance, in the stretching area leg raise machine there is one and some members take more than usual, hydro massage is good, tanning bed is good, massage chair good, but they gives you just one coin for 5 minutes then after finish you need to go again to reception to take another coin honestly i don't like this after you are relaxing you meed to stand up and go to reception...at all its good gym choose your time wisely and enjoy.

Wow great gym but I have to say I absolutely love going because of the staff but specifically because of Liz she is always so helpful and kind. I’m not very outgoing amd starting the gym was very hard for me but she made this process easy!!! GREAT WORKER GREAT ATTITUDE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Liz is GREAT! :) I recommend this gym to anyone but ask for Liz she is the PERFECT person to get you started!!!

Very good gym, staff is very helpful, Christine Santos is a very helpful employee. She provides great customer service and she's very attentive to the needs of the members. She helped me out alot when I had questions about the gym. She is a good listener and she works very hard to help out members and ensure they have a great experience.

I went on weekend to planet fitness to ask some questions about membership and payments; A staff member helped me in front desk, I asked for his name and it was Simon, I have to say that he is a very nice and professional employee, he gave me all the details there is to know, and he even gave me tour! I left 100% satisfied and I would definitely come back to this gym! So many good vibes.
