firstly, want to say Planet Fitness is a Great environment for beginners to work out or if your new and don't know where to start. The staff's behavior is great and I appreciate the helpfulness they provide to me and members that come and go. The manager is great at her job, keeping the staff aware of problems and situations that escalate/get out of hand. The staff members are amazing while at front desk keeping the environment judgement free and lots of motivation to return everyday. Eric, Elena, Dani, Ale, elohamy, Mikey, Chris, Josh, Janlerth, Miguel has all helped me in the past with billing issues and problems I had questions too. These amazing staff workers love helping and being there at all times when in need for help as well as keeping the gym maintain and cleaned. When I see planet fitness I can see the attentiveness given in the gym and most of all kind, friendly service and that is what stands out from the staffs and manager included.

It’s ok. Unfortunately, when equipment breaks it takes forever to be replaced or never at all. They also have only one fly machine, which is ridiculous!

This guy who works here definitely has an uncomfortable vibe. I’ve been going here for a while & maybe he’s new or I never noticed but oh heck no good bye… plus the gym is dirty I think his name is Jose or something
