Outstanding gym and atmosphere! Everyone in the gym is there to GET IT DONE. Very motivating. Coach Loui, is a phenomenal instructor, second to none. Nothing less than perfection is what you’ll get training with him.

Owned and operated by Louis Taylor, he ensures that you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you reach out to inquire about the gym. I've trained on and off for a few years now and it's hard to find a boxing gym where you will develop technique and fundamentals along with strength and conditioning. Here, you will find both in a welcoming atmosphere.

I recently joined this gym and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The facilities are top-notch, with a spacious and beautiful interior that is always kept clean. The smoothie bar is a nice touch, offering healthy and refreshing drinks after a workout. But what really sets this gym apart is the head coach, Loui. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and has a friendly and welcoming personality. Loui pushes me to reach my full potential and I have seen amazing progress in a short amount of time thanks to his guidance. The gym is open for long hours and Loui is always available to work with you, which is perfect for those with an unpredictable schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their boxing skills and overall fitness.

My favorite thing about this gym is the coach, Lou is very flexible with his hours to make sure everyone gets the work in. His experience as a young pro boxer is exactly what somebody new needs in order to learn all the fundamentals in the sport.
