So on October 4th, 2022 I went to the gym and cancelled my membership, paid for it and got a cancellation letter. The guy there, who was really nice, told me the next payment had to go thru for the cancellation to take effect, yesterday I receive a letter from a collection stating that I owe $81 dollars, just two months after, mind you, the membership was $ 16 a month. This post is not about the employees, it’s about the institution, this people allow you to register online but the cancellation has to be made in person, but not only that, you have to pay a cancellation fee and the next payment has to go thru. It is clearly predatory and thought to hurt the customers and make it really difficult for anyone to cancel. I hope someone notices this and sue this thieves.

this was my first gym, any question I had the front desk helped me out, they are also so welcoming and nice. the gym looks very clean and the members have been very nice to me. definitely recommend

Lisa and the whole Hialeah staff are awesome. It’s awesome how you can join a gym to feel better and have a great team that become friends and motivate you as well! The location is so clean and I will never go to any other gym!

This youfit location is amazing. Not only is the equipment new but it is easy to use as well. Great gym to start your fitness journey in and such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Honestly the cleanliness and the staff really pulls it all together, will be coming back and recommending to friends and family!

I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to hop on here for this gym. Ive never been to such a friendly, clean, & professional gym before. The employee at the front desk made me feel so welcomed with an amazing smile and greeting. I noticed everyone after using each machine had no problem with cleaning it, this is so rare to find!! There was several employees also cleaning the machine’s once in a while, never disturbing anybody who was working out. The few employees I did interact with were always so nice and very aware of their work space and where everything was located. Highly recommend coming here !

Great staff, the girls are beyond sweet. Cleanly gym and updated machine, large space and a lot of options. Will definitely be back!!!

Everything about this gym is a 10/10!! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The managers here are amazing, they always ensure the members are happy. The trainer is very responsive and knowledgeable & not to mention I am so obsessed with their new updated equipments, they have everything you could want in a gym!

Good evening.As member I feel insulted with the poor enviroment quality that this location has, the restrooms and lockers are always dirty, but today friday 12-29-17 I got to this location (Hialeah 16th ave) around 8 pm, when I went to the lockers somebody threw up on the handwash, it was disgusting, plus I got out at 10 pm and that still was there. When I told the associate about it, the answer was "we have to wait maintenance for taking care of that" while he was flirting with a girl.I feel really offended about this and I'm seriusly thinking on cancel my memebership, you'll never find such things on LA Fitness.
