What a scam. Planet Fitness makes it difficult to cancel membership, and then they do not honor what they say. There’s a reason they make it so easy and affordable to join. Don’t expect the same to get out!

We went to Planet Fitness through most of the pandemic. We felt safe due to all their safety precautions. Nice variety of equipment. Large variety of people working out, but all respectful. I don't worry about loud, obnoxious, or pushy people. That matters to me and makes my workout enjoyable.

The gym was great it self but I bought a $10 pass to go in the gym check it out I wanted to buy the black card I never left the gym so i asked to buy the black card and get my $10 to go to it they said no that I couldn’t do that so I’m never going there again I’m not paying more than what I should pay for a black card I’ll just stick with workout anytime! I payed to go in workout anytime decided I wanted a membership bought a membership with no problem! I don’t see why they couldn’t take off the $10 made it where I won’t go to planet fitness again that’s for sure

Turning in to a not so great place to workout. The rules change weekly. Not good.

Its good enough for a planet fitness, I don't like the locker room setup or how dark it is though. Other gyms are better but can't beat the convenience factor

This PF is a good facility, I have ben requesting the replacement of specific bands and they have yet to be replaced. It has been over 6 weeks since the last ones snapped. Hoping this helps get that ball rolling!*Spoke with Ms. Jade and the situation was handled quickly! Thanks PF*

I go to Thomasville and I brought my nephew with me to work out. I’m a black card member and I was looking to have a good time working out with him. Well as I checked in and we proceeded to the to the gym the general manager >> I didn’t get her name hollers hey sir we have to check in you’re guest so I said ok that’s fine. So we go back to the counter and boy was I stunned the so called general manager would not let my nephew use the bathroom until he has been checked in? And then she argues with my nephew telling him DON’T GET A ATTITUDE!! > WOW! >>This upset me! >> Yes he was being respectful. And then stating he is not 18 and that he is more less lying about his birthdate how would she know?? Long story short I will be canceling my membership and going to a different establishment No thank planet fitness This General Manager was very disrespectful and needs to be reviewed by area manager unprofessional!

Great staffs! But this gym is freezing cold!

I love going to the Thomasville Planet Fitness. The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I never consider visiting any other locations.

Hubby and I go at least 3x a week for tanning, massage chairs and workouts. It's worth the black card membership so you can have access to all the perks like Hydro-Massage beds and tanning, either stand up or lay down. It's always a pleasant atmosphere and we look and feel even better since we joined this past Summer ☺️
