Planet Fitness of Thomasville... new, clean, full of beautiful machines, and woefully staffed. Don't go in without your own workout plan -- there's no one there to help you. You will have to Google your own workout routine and then viciously hunt down a planet fitness employee to show you how to properly operate a machine that YOU are paying THEM to use! Last resort, YouTube videos to show you how!

Very nice gym in Thomasville! I enjoy working out here. Since this location is less than a year old very few of the machines are ever out of order and if so they are repaired soon.

The Thomasville location is awesome! It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Even when you think it’s going to be too crowded, there’s still plenty of equipment to get your workout done without waiting.

I enjoy going here. I feel like they have a large number of machines, and because of this I have not had to wait for what I wanted to use. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly.

Horrible place. Staff members are very rude!Manager Brooke is a "manager" but doesn't act like one. He was very rude to me and gave me problems with my account and payment info.Supervisor Tiffany is not knowledgeable on anything im not sure if thats on her manager all she kept saying is she doesn't know how to do anything or what to say i asked if she could write down my number and have a manager call me back, instead she wrote down my number and note that i was coming in to speak to a manager. So apparently she cant take notes either!. Whether they're not being trained properly or just cant do their jobs all i know is i recommend a different gym! Crazy part is i never even signed up for this and was still charged never even stepped foot in to workout ever but was still charged and was told i had to pay an additional 60 to cancel my account. Well all is said and done my account was canceled and i have made my complaint with corporate about these people and what i had to deal with just waiting to hear from them because i want action taken especially with the unprofessional manager. They dont get any stars from me but i was forced to put one in order to leave a review.

This is a beautiful building! They have fixed it up so beautifully! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was assisted by a woman named Tammi, and she was very kind and helped me during my visit!

I love Planet Fitness. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is state of the art. The facility is clean. I can't believe there is no waiting for equipment even in "New Year Mania".Planet Fitness makes exercising fun!

Typical Planet Fitness; equipment is new but not fancy, staff is friendly and usually available, rules are enforced. The restrooms (ladies at least) are clean and well stocked. The only reason I took one star off is that they don't have scales set up in the locker rooms. It's a gym... They need scales!

Tonight @10:35pm I am just exiting planet fitness on Julian Ave. I am very disappointed with the customer service here. Usually I love planet fitness and there staff is always great! But tonight I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service in my life. My friend and I just wanted to tan for tonight because it’s our night off of working out. We walked in she has curly brown hair about shoulder length with a headband and maybe about 30-40 years old and she was so rude. Even pushing the lunk alarm on people who didn’t deserve it, she was so rude to us the whole 15 mins we were here, giving us the go to hell look, and straight up attitude coming out of her mouth. If you don’t like your job then don’t work here. We even asked to speak to a manager and she declined very rudely. When my friend asked for her name she ignored her and told her to have a good night with a very unpleasant attitude. I will never attend this gym again. This PF has stand up tanning beds and is brand new so I thought it would be great but with that type of person working there.. I will NOT be coming back. High Point is where it’s at!!! 🙌🏻

The staff there is extremely great! I enjoy working out there and it’s not too crowded like the one on Eastchester at 5 o clock. The fitness instructor is awesome too and she challenges me to raise the bar higher in my daily workouts.
