This place is absolutely amazing. I have taken the women's self-defense course and have been blown away by the material I have learned. The instructors explain things in a way that allows us to easily learn the material to protect ourselves!

I found this gym through my school and it is amazing. The gym is so clean and the staff is helpful and the care about your personal development. I have learned so much in their defense class to help me in future situations.
