the least expensive gym in town super clean never crowded

It's a nice gym and it's open 24/7 and also close for me.

Cancelation process is ridiculous. A written letter must be mailed to several locations in order to get someone to verify you want to cancel. I am loving the fact that pf has moved in right next to them, just brings me joy especially after the way they treated me.

Have cancelled membership in person & by mail, still trying to claim money is due, when it is not. Do NOT recommend this gym, they try to railroad you!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Took forever to close 2 family members accounts.

Absolutely awful. I'm not even sure where to start. Very dishonest manager. Do not trust anything he says. Employees are treated with no respect. The few employees they have left there are all very nice, hardworking people but they are understaffed and expected to do too much at once. One staff member is expected to man the front desk, clean the bathrooms, do orientations, and put weights away. It's not their fault. Members complain about money taken out of their accounts after they have canceled months before. You will be in gym contract hell with them. It's a very small gym that charges too much for the limited space and worn out equipment that they refuse to replace. And because of the manager's ineptness and bad behavior, they have no personal trainers. Why not pay half the price and go to planet fitness which is a huge space and clean and easy to cancel? If you're more of a bodybuilder type there is nautilus and other gyms. Nautilus is only $20 a month, open 24/7, has classes, is much bigger, better equipment, and a juice bar. This is a sad little place with a hostile environment that will probably not last long.Edit: Whoever is trying to intimidate me to take down my review and say that it is false, this will not work. Everything I am saying is true. I will also add that my client was offered a non certified person to "train him" to make up for the costly training package he had purchased. He refused and the gym is now refusing to return his money. This is fraud. Give the man his money back. He doesn't deserve to get ripped off. Putting clients with a lady with no certification is wildly dangerous and irresponsible. Especially clients who have injuries or health problems. I have made it clear that I will take down the review when the owner mans up and deals with the very inappropriate situation and the manager apologizes to me and my client gets his money returned to him. Stop treating people so badly and ripping people off. When you have such a high staff turnover and are so desperate you are trying to bring in people to train with no certification, perhaps the problem isn't everyone else, it is you. I have video footage that I will post publicly if you continue to say that my review is dishonest. You people make the industry look so bad. Fitness shouldn't just be about lining your pockets, it is about helping people live a healthier lifestyle. If you don't respect this, you shouldn't be in the industry.Do the right thing, give the gentleman his money back, stop putting clients at risk by trying to pair them with people who have no certification or experience in training special populations (older folks, those with injuries, medical conditions, etc.). When these conditions are met I will take the review down. Until then, it stays up. To anyone who is reading this please do your research on how to pick a qualified trainer. Have your trainer show you their certification and do your research on whether it is a respected organization they were certified by (NASM, ACE, ACSM are some of the best). Make sure they have up to date CPR certification as well. If you are a client with health issues or injuries ask them if they have knowledge and experience working with people with the same or similar issues. If they do not know what they are talking about, do not train with them. If they are unsure of your exact condition, a trainer with integrity will ask if they can consult with your doctor to make sure you have clearance to exercise. Please keep yourself safe. I hate to see money hungry people put clients in unsafe situations which leaves a stain on the profession. I want to encourage everyone to stay healthy and exercise is integral to a healthy lifestyle. This review is not to try and scare anyone away from personal training because working with a qualified trainer can be a very rewarding experience for both the client and the trainer. But because of dishonest people in the industry you must be able to discern for yourself and do your own research. To any client I have worked with, keep up the hard work! :)

What an awful gym. Twice the price as planet fitness and a quarter the size. There are never staff around when you need them. The bathrooms are filthy, really the entire place needs a clean, you definitely shouldn't use the dirty old yoga mats.I wouldn't recommend women going alone! My wife was threatened by some dirty old man and management did nothing about it!!They make cancelling a hassle. Everything about my experience has been negative.NO STARS

Awesome place

I went in this past Tuesday needing help with my trainer schedule and payments. I spoke with Alex Garrod (a manager) and he was all so willing to help me get it worked out. I love working out here and all of the staff have been absolutely wonderful!
