I want to join again but I feel it’s only fair if it was $15 month. It’s smaller than Planet fitness. Less equipment. Last time they charged me hidden fees and I had to go thru a process to cancel my membership. It was a nightmare bc I did pay a cancellation fee also. It was a nightmare and I don’t want to have to go through that again. Still looking for a another gym. This ain’t it though hope their policy has changed.

How does a gym with "no commitments" charge me late fees? I might understand this if they didn't deactivate my card for entry during the non payment time. When I call the charges were eventually removed. Week later I am charged agained. What does one need to do to cancle being charged?

Staff is unhelpful I called because my account is frozen with them and they still have taken out money this isn’t the first time either. They tell me they will call back after calling billing and they don’t. I have waited and called back for a week now still have not got the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS GYM!
