Sara signed me on as a member, I paid for a year in full. Within weeks of starting, my membership was revoked unexpectedly and she was the one to walk me out without giving me my money back or any explanation. My experience was unprofessional from all workers here and tanasbourne. Very hostile and disrespectful environment.

The utter lack of customer service and satisfaction is appalling. This is my second issue with this gym. First time the manger was lying about their membership contracts. This high pressure sales team is more concerned with selling a new contract and doesn't value their long term customers at all. During the beginning of Covid I asked to put my membership on freeze. Long story short, it got cancelled instead, and now they are trying to put me in a new contract paying 20$ more a month, for the same exact privileges. They keep saying "my hands are tied" which is complete BS. As a business owner I know the importance of customer satisfaction and client retention - these guys don't and dont care. Very unsatisfied.

Just went back in today to redeem a 3-day guest pass. Used to be a member here till fall last year. Front desk guy denies entry indicating guest passes do not apply to former members. Went home to verify through the website that requirement is no prior guest pass redemption or membership in the last 6 months. Called back to have the same guy make up some vague excuse about needing to put me on hold to talk to his manager, finally the system timed out on the hold and dialed back, the same guy answers with no apology or sense of urgency, indicates his manager was tied up...Appalling and strange customer service. Was a monthly dues paying member here for 20 years, it was never that great but never this bad. Sad...

Excellent and very clean place to work out.

Worn down gym with management that doesn’t care about making improvements. Avoid this gym and save yourself the money.

Workers don’t reinforce guest wearing mask. Generally workers have nonchalant feelings toward wearing a mask and covid precautions as well. Wear a mask and reinforce the rule. Avoid this location.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They have a clause in their contract that the only way you are able to cancel your membership, without paying the entire cost of it, is if you have a Dr. note stating a recent medical condition that does not permit you to use a gym. I had a subluxation of my knee cap a couple months ago. I called customer service to just try and cancel but was told I’d have to pay the entire amount for the year membership, so instead they offered to put my acct on a freeze while obtaining a note from my Dr, since my injury made it impossible for me to workout. I got the note and faxed it over. At the time I was very grateful, as our family had suffered a horrible tragedy this year, the loss of our 11 year old son. So paying the entire cost of a years worth of their membership at once was not something I could do. However they still withdrew my membership fee on dec 10th which over drew my back acct. This is the second time it has happened. Then for some reason they took another withdrawal a day later. Between the money they took and the overdraft fees I have incurred from it, I am in the red for a decent chunk. I am not happy about this, especially since they said my acct was in a freeze for 6 months. I just broke my tailbone 2 weeks ago and had to miss work which made my check really small. Well guess what? After it hits my acct, I won’t freaking have one. Do not join this gym. Being told my acct is in a freeze and told money won’t be withdrawn and then you take it anyway, not once but twice. I am freaking livid. Calling my bank first thing in the morning then calling to speak to a supervisor at their customer service center right after. Then I’m calling my attorney.

I don’t like to write bad reviews especially as they gave me the opportunity to visit it for free but it how I feel... The Facilities are really old, too many people inside. The pool needs to be updated, tile is damaged, dirt on the bottom, steam sauna smelled bad, I could not stay there, showers are low and uncomfortable. In general, the club seems to be left behind. Management really needs a new strategy, not just putting more and more people in. I would opt for crunch that is even cheaper but sooo much better and have all the contemporary stuff not just the old machines of the Arnold’s time.

Nasty, dirty and actively ignore issues brought to their attention. "Pay me..." is the only thing they care about.
