I went in to try it out and the membership guy didn't let me use the pass because I "have no intention of joining" Well now I definitely don't. Even if 1 in 100 join it's worth it but you missed that 1.

I now have a bacterial infection in my left foot from the filthy conditions at this club ; no janitor showed up twice last week and germ-filled towels, bandages, personal items littered the floors, sauna, whirlpool and pool areas; the sauna drain was so clogged that the janitor who showed up on the third day showed me how slowly the drain went down and informed me that he had had to clean up urine in the sauna; I have complained about these dangerous conditions to the front desk and maintenance without result; this is a place where an infection is a highly likely outcome; beware!

I only had the membership for 1 week and tried to cancel it, and I never saw such change of personalites. Rude and unco-operative. Wanted to talk me down to something cheeper just tokeep me, and my issue was, I am unable to use the services due to my doctors orders. Plus anup coming surgery that will keep me away from the need of the gyms services all together. NEVERdid I ever see such rude management. I will have to turn this matter over to pre-paid legal services. However, what do those without such services do to rid themselves of a transaction that was onlypurchased a week or two? I only rate this one star to get this posted. Hope others take notice.

This gym is generally dirty smelly and the basketball ball court is badly maintained. It's like playing ball on a ice skating rink. THE WORST THING OF ALL: I was a member there since 2001. I started to do off and on membership because of back problems. During one of these off periods THEY messed up and didn't process my cancellation. I never stepped foot in the gym and they continued to charge me. So they decided to not give me a refund claiming that my cancellation wasn't in their computer. No craap it wasn't in the computer because they messed up. They could have researched and looked at my history to help support my case but they chose not to. Any business that feels like that they should keep money that they didn't earn is a slimeball company.

Possibly the most disappointing location outside Portland. It's extremely small for the number of people trying to rush the doors at 6pm for classes and evening workouts and the membership staff are rude. We went in with a pass and were pressured to sign up. When I explained we'd checked the location out several years prior and wanted to make sure it would suit before signing up he got very aggressive and tried to charge me to use my 3 day pass. I never tried the classes, the location was that unpleasant.I've since signed up after visiting another location and drive the extra distance for a better club (I live only a few minutes from this location)

Been a member for over a year; it's a really friendly place! The equipment is rather lacking, but it's an affordable gym.

I like going here but there aren't enough room for people to workout. I hate waiting for someone to finish there 10 set squat just so I can do a 3-4 set squat. Employees are helpful and friendly and I enjoy going here.

Terrible management practices regarding cancelling of contracts. we cancelled our membership only to find that they had labeled it "frozen." 6 months later we have reoccurring charges posted to our account! When notifying Molly Huyck(the manager in Hillsboro) she refused to reimburse and hung up on me. Not only have they lost our family as patrons but we will now pass the word around as to their poor business management practices. When are businesses going to get that losing just one customer can equate to 100's. poor poor management training/structure.
