I had a hard time finding a new CF box when I moved to Portland. I joined one for an entire year that wasn't a good fit and started thinking that maybe CF wasn't for me anymore. Then, I visited CF Tigard PAW and it changed everything. This is an amazing facility with a variety of classes, great coaches, and accessories, proteins, etc. for purchase at a great price. The coaches here are amazing, they explain technique so well and really care about the safety of their members. I recently got a wrist injury and the coaches have been nothing but helpful with modifying basically every single workout for me, I am super grateful for them. I workout in the evenings so I mainly have Ben and PJ as coaches and I must say they are truly amazing. The energy and expertise they bring to every class is top notch. The community here is awesome - there's always some event happening and everyone is super supportive and welcoming. It's family friendly too with a space for kids to play while their parents workout.Not only has this been a great place to continue my love of CF and achieve my fitness goals, but the owner PJ has also been amazing with my nutrition. I signed up for his 13 week nutrition program and was not disappointed. I thought I knew everything I needed about nutrition, but I was wrong. PJ is a true expert and helped me reach weight goals that I didn't even know were possible. I managed to shake off those last few pounds that never want to leave. It came with hard work, but was so much easier with PJs programming and support.This is all around a fantastic and gym with so much to offer. I absolutely recommend it to anyone in their CF journey whether you're experienced or brand new to it.

I have been going to Crossfit P.A.W. for 5 months now and I can say this is one of the best decisions I have ever made! The coaches are amazing and super qualified. I also love the community and have been making new friends. If you are new to Crossfit, or a seasoned veteran, this is the gym for you!

I drop into Crossfit Tigard PAW regularly, including attending their special events. It's an awesome place to work out! The overall atmosphere is extremely positive and supportive. They welcome people of all levels of fitness. The coaches are friendly and attentive which is important since Crossfit involves some technical lifts. If you're new to Crossfit (or not) they will be there to help you perform the movements correctly to avoid injury.Their website claims to be the best equipped Crossfit box in Portland and I believe it. The place is huge with two main workout rooms. There is tons of space to work out and plenty of equipment and different weights for everyone. There's also a play room so people can bring their kids which is great.If I lived closer I would totally make Crossfit Tigard PAW my main box. However, I'll still be visiting whenever I can because I really enjoy spending time there!

This gym is everything I want out of my workout routine. The workouts are challenging but accessible and the coaches explain in detail how to scale movements to make them effective for ANY level. That said, if you are already really fit they encourage you to push yourself. They focus 100% on safety and form before bumping weight, so when you make gains they are HUGE at first. The coaches are all fabulous, not a single person I'm not happy to see teach my class. My schedule is a little wild, so I also love the range of classes time-wise. I don't consider myself a gym rat at all, but I look forward to coming every day and feel SO good about my body.

I have been at P.A.W. for a few years now and there is no place I would rather work out. I truly appreciate each staff member and all that they offer to make my experience so great. It is very evident that every coach cares about my well-being and is invested in helping me reach my goals. I show up 4-6 days a week because I feel so supported. I feel motivated by the staff and fellow members to push through any obstacles that arise. I have not been to any other CrossFit gym, but I have heard from other members who have that our gym far surpasses anything that other gyms have to offer in the way of technical support, gym equipment, and professionalism. I highly recommend that any person serious about their fitness come check us out!

Ben is great! He really cares about the members, is a knowledgeable coach and is definitely the face of this gym. Everyone I have talked to seems to be there because of coach Ben.

I've been training at P.A.W. for about a year and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Head Coach P.J. and staff provide a great mix of high intensity intervals for metabolic conditioning, and down&dirty iron pumping for strength training. They provide the best programmed warmups I've ever experienced - which are designed to really prepare you for the movements to be performed that day - and are often a challenging little mini-WOD. For those who are not satisfied with the level of work during the normal workout, they provide plenty of programmed supplemental work for anyone wanting to take it to the next level, which I love. Great members, great coaches, great box!

I tried out Crossfit Tigard for a week, and absolutely loved it! PJ, the owner, is brilliant. He taught my first class and was incredibly helpful and patient with my beginner status to Crossfit. Ben, one of the trainers, was also amazing, and he helped me achieve a proper squat position for the first time in my life! Stephanie and Mark are another two outstanding trainers that I worked with while taking the Elements (beginner) classes.Great environment, great people, and seems like a great fit for all levels! Check it out!

I've been going here consistently for 6 months.I live in Portland but I go here after work because it's a great gym. A great place for people of all levels. Beginner classes if you're starting. Emphasis on good form. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The coaches are well-trained athletes in excellent condition, and also friendly people with a great sense of humor. HIGHLY recommend.

Great coaches, always a blast. Even if you're not "into CrossFit," come check out a free class. It's addicting and the results are great!
