The entire time I was at Crossfit P.A.W. I loved it. Crossfit is an amazing sport, but the people you train with make all the difference.The coaches at P.A.W. are incredibly supportive and very knowledgeable, a top priority is safety and form. After moving out of Portland I realized how spoiled I had been at P.A.W. Not every Crossfit box is going to foster your growth the way that this one does. Plus the people are super fun! I barely recognized myself after 3 months of hard work, I'm hooked on Crossfit and am so thankful for all of the good habits I formed, and inspiring people I met wile training at P.A.W.

Simply put, CrossFit PAW is the greatest. I have been working out there for about 6 months and can't say enough good things. The coaches are fantastic, motivating, and incredibly thorough about form and skills to prevent injury- they can modify the exercises to any level of athlete while still making you feel like you are getting the ultimate work out. I highly recommend CrossFit PAW whether you are a seasoned CrossFitter or just looking to try it out. You won't find a better staff or a more supportive, encouraging community than this one.

I've been at CrossFit PAW for about 8 months now, and through the encouragement and instruction of the outstanding coaches, I have seen fantastic results. I have been able to achieve every weight loss, body fat, and strength training goal I had established for myself when I started, and then some! Throw in the sense of community at crossfit PAW, and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have been going to Crossfit P.A.W for the past 7 months now and I have loved my experience there! I have always been a runner, but have lacked strength and have been intimidated to lift weights and Crossfit P.A.W has increased my strength tremendously. I am not only a stronger and faster runner but an overall fitter individual. The trainers at this gym are exceptional and provide individual attention to help you reach your goals and the gym has a very friendly vibe.

I've been going to Crossfit P.A.W. for about 6 months now, and can honestly say that the experience has been fantastic!!!! PJ and Ben are very instructional, and precise in their teachings. There is no feeling of underachievement at any time during the sessions. A very family feel to the gym. Very positive, and I have seen great gains in strength and endurance. Would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to try it.

First of all, the coaches at Crossfit P.A.W. have created a very welcoming, non-threatening environment for every person that walks in the door. It's a really fun place to be! Being new to Crossfit, the coaches have been extremely helpful in teaching proper technique, and are always positive and encouraging as they correct form. In addition, I've loved the cheering and accountability you get from working out with a group. I am pushed farther than I ever thought possible because I'm surrounded with people pushing me on! Feels so good to be getting stronger!

CrossFit PAW was just what I needed to take my work-outs to the next level. I had been a member of 24 hr fitness for 10+ years and honestly enjoyed their classes about 3 times a week. 24 lacked the intensity, motivation, variety, education, and support. I now get all these things from CrossFit PAW and am seeing great results in my physical fitness. The coaches are always there to motivate me and help me get to the next level. It is worth every penny as it is an investment in my physical health!

I have been going to CrossFit P.A.W for about 4 months now and I absolutely love the experience! The best part about the gym is the attention to detail that is given to your lifting form. PJ and Ben are excellent instructors and always emphasize form over weight.Over the past 4 months, I have seen a significant increase in my lifts, improved my endurance and set a PR at the Portland Marathon.It's a really cool and friendly place and would highly recommend it!

This is the best gym I've gone to in a long time. Everyday the activity is different, and we go through clear instructions before each session. I feel more alive and in shape then I ever have!

The thing that I enjoy the most about Crossfit P.A.W. is that their coaches are extremely helpful and are willing to work with you as you progress. They aren't put out that they have to scale the various exercises. I also like that there is instruction during each class.The thing that amazes me the most is that they are able to have such a diverse group of people working out simultaneously. Men and women. Beginners and experts. The weak and the strong.I've attempted to do the whole Crossfit thing on my own and it just isn't the same. There's something about having PJ (the owner) or Ben encouraging you to keep going when you want to quit that just can't be replicated in your own little home gym.I'm a results-oriented person so I'd be remiss to leave out the fact that I've experienced huge strides in the two and a half months I've been attending.
