joined VRMA almost 2 years ago, before i joined i went 2 a couple gyms trying 2 find the best fit for me i can say VRMA was by far the best one it was a easy decision to make, the coaches are super friendly and high level competitors, Vagner Rocha is a hands on coach he's always there and trains and roll with everyone, he is a Champion on and off the mats

By far, the best thing that I could have ever for my children. Aside from my children learning self defense and achieving a high level of physical fitness, Vagner and his instructors push the kids so that they gain perseverance, mental toughness, and a sense of comeradery/family that you can't find anywhere else.
