While working in Honolulu, I found this gym and purchased a week pass, and what a great experience! The gym is awesome; great people and atmosphere. It’s a “real” gym with fitness truly as its focus. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work out here for the week! I hope I have the opportunity to go back.

Best gym ever! The Coaches and staff are top-notch, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. The overall vibe is so welcoming and accepting there are people of all fitness levels working out and the equipment is state of the art and clean. The gym offers indoor and outdoor accommodations and there is always plenty of parking.

Best gym in Honolulu! The owners Chris and Debbie are amazing trainers, the gym is super clean and the equipment is top notch.

We were visiting the island from Detroit and needed a gym, because gains are life. I researched a few before flying out there and Flexx looked like the best option. Absolutely loved this gym. Clean environment, everyone was friendly, the owner is super nice, equipment assortment is on point, everything. To cap it off, it's in the parking lot for Costco so I grabbed a case of protein shakes for while I was out there. Everything about this gym was great and I'd recommend to anyone. Their branded merch is Every Day Better and I love that motto as well.

Signed up for a 2 year contract during Covid. I was happy with the deal but when things opened up, I didn’t use the membership. I called months ago and was told I would have to wait until the end of the contract to cancel or else I will be charged $200. Now that it’s finally time to cancel my membership they won’t answer the phone. Called about 12 times in the am, and another 6 times in the afternoon from different numbers. They have no voicemail. Im not happy with the customer service or policies/business practices

A quite serious gym for heavy-lifters, but also has a wide array of equipment for all levels. No insanely large crowds like at other globo-gyms on island which is a huge plus. Gym memberships are also the cheapest I’ve found on Island, especially considering the quality, this place is a steal.As of December 2021, they are doing renovations so the equipment has been rearranged some.Parking: Over by Costco/Home Depot
