I try to never do negotiate reviews and I have debated this one for over a month because I love this facility and the amenities however they are limited in the ability to provide lower body work with free weights. They have one power/squat rack and one smith machine. Two months ago the bar racks broke on the squat rack. It is an older piece so replacement options are limited so they have tried to have it wielded twice now but should have know that wouldn’t work as it needs to be forged to be safe. Nevertheless that piece of highly used/popular equipment has been down for almost two months. I understand equipment is not cheap but If it can’t be repaired it should have already been replaced. If you are looking for a great gym this is it. If you need a good squat/deadlifting area there are several better option at a faction of the membership cost within a few blocks.

Love it. Just set my daughter to with a member ship. GM Mike has history with my other fav club, Honolulu Club that COVID took down. Mike is a great guy. Super accommodating.

Membership is expensive but if you prepay for the year they give you 3 months free. The second person is also cheaper if you enroll two people at the same time.Parking is never a problem here. If the top level directly outside the gym is full, there are plenty of reserved spots for them in the parking garage a floor below.Crowds are also never an issue. I never have to wait for machinery for very long and everything is well maintained. Machines that are broken are fixed quickly. The gym is also very clean. As someone who has caught ringworm at one of the bigger gyms on the island, I’m a bit paranoid about cleanliness. But I never have to worry about that here. Other members are also more courteous and I see them wiping down equipment after they are done with it.The locker rooms also have a steam room and hot tub which is nice. Shower area is large and also very clean.Overall, the membership here is worth the premium. I can be in and out of my workout fast since I never have to look for parking or wait for machines. Everything is clean and the amenities are great.

One of the best gyms in Kakaako/Waikiki area, with studio classes, well equipped machines, and cafe. The staff is professional and courteous. The facility is clean and is located inside Koolani building. Convenient parking and easy access.
