This is the best neighborhood gym for anyone who lives from kaimuki, kahala, wailalae iki, aina haina, Niu valley, kuliouou, Hahaione, hawaii kai, to kalama valley. It’s open 24 hrs a day, with very respectful and professional members there. If you just want to just workout without the hassle and crowds of the large gyms this is the place for you and your family. I enjoy working out here with my son!

One main perk about Honolulu fitness center is the great location! Not to mention plenty of parking! There is a variety of machines available and there’s never a crowd. Being open 24 hours makes working out accessible even with my weird work hours as a nurse. Staff and gym members are always welcoming. Would definitely give this place a visit!

Love this gym! I’ve been working out here for 2 weeks now and love the vibe. I typically workout in the morning, but have also been in the afternoon and love how not only it isn’t over crowded and the equipment I need is always available, but the other members here are always so polite and considerate!People talk to each other and say hi and I love seeing the consistency of the morning members. Also, everyone disinfects and wipes down their equipment and everything always looks so clean. They provide lots of disinfectant bottles and yellow towels that they always keep stocked. Everyone can take their own towel and spray bottle to bring with them to whatever part of the gym they go.The owner, Nestor, is super chill and awesome and the staff I’ve met so far at the front are always friendly and welcoming.I used to be a 24 hour fitness gym goer and dreaded the workouts because of the anxiety that the overcrowded equipment and unwelcoming culture would elicit, but here it’s so much better. Happy I finally found this gym! 🥳
