Really friendly welcome, bought a day pass and given clear guidance on the facilities. Huge range of equipment from Hammer Strength, Arsenal, Cybex, Icarian etc so perfect for the gym enthusiast who knows the difference. Great music, atmosphere and really nice crowd. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Bought a day pass here on my vacation and had a great workout! Awesome gym with a huge selection of equipment, and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!

Old school vibe with everything you need. Marc and Tina are very welcoming and always on the floor interacting with the members. My favorite gym yet.

Probably the one and only proper gym with sufficient powerlifting equipment and gear. I stayed in Waikiki but having to come all the way here. Worth the drive!! Also there’s onsite parking.
