Worst Personal Training Company in Honolulu. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but I need to write this one. When I signed up for training I thought I would get a good exercise program that would get me good results, but instead I got a "fly by night" approach with no solid direction. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

STAY AWAY!! Mike Sapp Fitness is terrible. They don't track your fitness at all and they have no exercise plan. The most unprofessional personal training I've ever seen. 1 star is way too much!!
