I absolutely LOVE this place! They are super organized and their teachers are genuine. The energy is always welcoming and always leave inspired. Plus they offer the infrared heat with yoga which I haven't found anywhere else. AND the owners are wonderful! I suggest this space for all! <3

I love Sun Yoga. The owner Michele is super and the staff is very friendly. I am definitely looking forward to doing more sessions a week and I can't wait to go back. I have tried 2 different instructors so far and they were both great instructors and they challenged me in a really good way. Sun Yoga is also right next to my Tutoring Center and I have recommended it to all the moms that come to my center. The feedback that I get is always so positive and they always say how much they love it. Now, their husbands even do it too =). If you haven't tried doing hot yoga, Sun yoga is definitely the place to start.

Sun Yoga is a great place to practice Yoga. Not only that, I never felt uncomfortable because the owner and the staff are so professional, and friendly at the same time. They remember your name right away, and they are so loving and positive, so it feels great to visit. The owner Michelle is creative and has a great business mind. She does many celebrations, special classes, and challenges to keep you interested. I think she is doing awesome. I love Sun Yoga!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the Sun Yoga Studio. I am a Chiropractor and was having some issues, over a year ago, that were not resolving. Michele guided me along with her her wonderful yoga instructors to find a place of better balance, fitness and calmness. All of my issues resolved and I recommend her studio to all of my practice members. They now have a wonderful variety of classes to accommodate all levels of fitness. I enjoy practicing every week. It helps me to balance inside out. Helps me be more centered, flexible, sleep better, meditate and more. I love to surf and yoga has been a great compliment to it. The ambience of the studio and energy are amazing. The feeling of community and the care and expertise of all teachers are phenomenal. I highly recommend Sun Yoga to everyone. This is a great little yoga studio tucked away in the strip mall! The studio is always clean and without the funny smell that some other hot yoga studios have. All of the instructors have been wonderful and encouraging, especially Natalie! If I didn't move away from the island, I'd still be practicing my yoga at Sun Yoga.

The instructors are the heart of Sun Yoga! Their devotion to the practice of hot yoga and their caring for participants is consistently observed. I personally have felt the coaching offered to me has been very valuable, motivating and always provided with thoughtful presence. Acceptance of your limitations while stretching yourself to reach new goals has been a valuable guide they provide for me. The studio itself is fresh and clean. I have been to others where that certainly was not the case. Highly recommend this to anyone of any age.
