The Tripler pool is excellent for lap swimming, however the hours listed on Google Maps is outdated. Please see the photo of brochure for updated hours. The gym itself opens at 0500 and so naturally I thought the pool was open too. I attempted to enter the pool area from the lady’s locker room around 0530 and unintentionally triggered the emergency exit alarm. Whoops! Tripler pool opens from 0600-0900 for military CAC holders (not 0500 as Google maps has listed).

Best Gym in Town.

Basic gym. No frills and no thrills but you can concentrate and get your workout done. If you’re creative, you can still work areas that you need to without the machine that you would get at a bigger gym.

I started coming here about a month ago. It’s a great gym, small never super crowded. At least at the times I come in. Nice pool and great equipment selection.

Old but functional. There's no AC though but it's pretty decent gym.

I absolutely love this gym. TAMC gym doesn't get the attention that the other popular gyms do, but I personally feel the equipment is set up a lot nice than the others. The layout simply makes sense and allows a nice flow of people to and from different stations. With the added pool, this place is as good as it gets around here.

Good gym located on the Tripler Campus. Clean and in compliance with COVID Tier III Hawaii standards. Plenty of cardio and weight machines with social distancing taken into account. Closed 0930-1100 for a deep clean.

The Tripler Physical Fitness Center & Pool is an okay place to workout. It is free for active duty military and has low rates for retired military, family members and DoD civilians. The free weight area has all the basic equipment you will need but it is worth noting the room has no AC. If you are into doing cardio before weight training plan accordingly. The pool is nice and so is the view.
