Very welcoming vibe! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and introduced. Instructors are top notch, knowledgeable, and give a 110% when they give a class. Classes are Consistent. Thank you ! you can tell management takes great care of the studio and instructors. Unique place I’m always looking forward to every class. Thank you

I love Yoga Room Hawaii!! Instructors are well trained and talented with each bringing unique perspective and style. There is a class and a instructor you will continue to return to for everyone! The facility is clean with their disinfecting protocol consistently followed. The studio also has a wonderful community of members who are very kind, friendly, supportive and inclusive. I love the events they plan that are diverse in interests and encourage engagement. I also love that they give back to the community and neighborhood. They support other small local businesses. I recommend YRH to everyone!!

I believe my instructors name was Lauren, or Laura. She was extremely knowledgeable kept me motivated and was very clear with direction. The workout was challenging and pushed me in the best way. Loved the heated room and positive environment.

I used to come to this studio awhile back, and got intimidated by a previous teacher (Brent) who didn't make me feel comfortable because I wasn't very good at the poses. After my first time being back, Noel was really welcoming and made me feel very comfortable once more! I’m definitely coming back! And parking was so easy, even early in the morning!

Every class I have taken has been wonderful - all instructors have been great! Welcoming atmosphere, lots of classes to chose from and easy website for online signups! Plus you can't beat a free week of classes to try out the studio!

Wow! This is one of the best yoga studios I have ever visited! The teachers are so helpful and kind, and I feel so comfortable in their classes. I totally recommend this to anyone who wants a mind and body positive studio to enjoy. Also, studios are clean and well kept. I will definitely continue to be using Trilogy for yoga.

I've been going to this studio for 5 years! I love that they offer different types of yoga classes, so you always have the opportunity to switch it up and try something new! The blue room is so spacious and there is newly renovated flooring in both rooms! Free purified water machine is awesome! I love the teachers and the students that come here, this has become my second home & yoga family!

I still remember my first time attending in 2007. It was quite an experience! Since then, I've been attending classes when I can and telling others all about it :) The instructors are professional and easy to follow. Because the classes are quite large, you don't need to worry about being "watched" by everyone. Plus, the instructors have different "levels" of poses from beginners to advanced. Hot yoga is a great detox tool...And I highly recommend this studio!
