The outdoor space for yoga is completely surrounded by tropical green. Amazing place to drop into your mat. I have tried a few different teachers - all amazing. I love the “feel good flow” class - a super slow and gentle class. I also love “the wild” the polar opposite of “feel good flow”. “The Wild” is one wild hour of yoga and dance that will get your heart rate up! There is a cute little boutique with things you will want and a vegan cafe too! I highly recommend this studio.

I recently discovered this studio and it's great! There is plenty of parking in the area and restaurants/bars for an after yoga snack. The studio has a large, beautiful outdoor space which is great. I just started there a few weeks ago and I love that they offer a 6am class! They have classes all through the day and all their instructors are really unique and knowledgeable.

Recently moved to the area and this studio is honestly the best part of living here. I couldn't be happier with all the instructors, the studio and the classes. I've been to many yoga studios, but this is by far the best, you can't beat the outdoor deck space which is so peaceful and serene. The classes are also not back to back which allows you extra time after the class, unlike other studios where you have to rush out quickly. The food at their cafe is also delicious and is a must try!

I can’t stress enough how wonderful this place is. I’m plus size and newer to yoga and this place has made me feel so empowered and beautiful in my skin in such a short amount of time. The owner and instructors are the best you will ever find. So much kindness and healing flows through this place and it’s overall practice. Love it 💛 …

Yoga Under The Palms In Kaimuki and Kailua are dedicated to helping everyone and the community.I started attending classes and had no clue how ungrounded I was. The outdoor space that is surrounded by nature helped create a cozy environment for me. I was in a lot of pain that I was unaware of because my body had become accustomed to living this way.The teachers/instructors share with you moves and how each move helps your body. They have events with musicians, doctors, reiki healers and festivals that are co-creating a wonderful healing experience with each of us to heal the body, mind and spirit.I just attended their class called The Wild. It was great. It was yoga with dancing and twerking. The benefits of twerking are incredible; stronger core, thighs and even creating flexibility in the hip flexors. I researched all the benefits after I took the class.I have benefited greatly from the Gong & Crystal Bowls & Flute Soundbath and Reiki events. I look forward to attending and experiencing other classes and events too.The Yoga & Music class with you & Emma is really inspiring. She is amazing and sings like an Angel.I look forward to getting to know more of the community and co-creating a high vibrational Earth filled with Love, Light and Laughter. Many blessings to all of us.

I've been going to this beautiful studio for about a month now and absolutely love it. Everyone is very kind and uplifting. I really like that it is open-air and I have enjoyed every single class I've tried. There are great options for beginners while still offering challenges for those who want to go further.
