I enjoy coming to the gym, my trainer, Teth, is so wonderful! She makes me think I can be stronger, thinner, better than I am. I would recommend 24e and Teth to everyone!

Clean, multiple convenient locations. Decent equipment. Nice staff. Hot showers. My job has me travel to different sites, so the convenience of multiple locations really keeps me on my routine.

I'm a new resident of Pelham Alabama moved here from Pennsylvania in October of 2022. It was a very difficult transition having lived in Pa for 71 years.The STAFF at 24e are the Best! They are Friendly, Kind, and always willing to help with any question I have. And the cleanest facility I've been to, there is always someone cleaning. The Staff at this gym are Happy people and that's what I needed. A clean bright place to exercise with friendly people!

I especially enjoyed myself at this location because it was clean and the environment was relaxed and I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly young lady by the name of Paige. She was quite helpful and made me the best smoothie ever! Thanks for a great time!!!!

Great place. Breiden is our personal trainer and he is fantastic. Very friendly staff. Not crowded. No power lifters
