I really enjoy this place it’s own movie room and upstairs with it’s own vibe going on. the staff is awesome and amazing the showers are clean with their own little soap so if you leave yours at home you still have some. The drinks are awesome and its pool is clean and taken care of. Also the sauna and steam rooms in the bathroom are awesome. Highly recommend if your looking for a new gym to join.

I love love love this gym ! It’s my favorite place to be. They have the best trainers, up to date equipment, and a SMOOTHIE BAR 😁! Everyone is always so warm and welcome when you walk in. This is the best gym I’ve ever been! I love how clean it is all the time! The staff is so nice and always willing to help. Orlando and Luke are the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Orlando and all the front desk staff, specifically Haley and Luke, always greet us with smiling faces when we walk in the door. Not only is the front desk staff friendly, they treat my son & I like family and are always taking time out of their day to exchange conversations with us. Anytime we have a question or need something, they are always there to help. We get smoothies several times a week after our workouts & they are simply delicious. The gym has an amazing selection of cardio equipment, machines & free weights. They have everything you would want plus more. There’s also an indoor track & pool for your cardio sessions. I’ve been a member of 24e since the opening of the original 24e in Hoover & their gyms are simply the best. You won’t find another gym with better equipment & facilities!Kidzone!!! Well, kidzone is simply the best! The teachers are amazing! Miss Melinda is a kind hearted grandmother who has had numerous years of childcare experience. Miss Dara, head teacher of kidzone, and Miss Paige hold a special place in our hearts as they were some of the original teachers who helped my son get adjusted to being without “mommy”. They really took my son under their wings when we first started coming to kidzone, as my son had never even had a babysitter before. They treated my son like their own child and helped him transition of being in a new place. Now my son absolutely loves coming to kidzone every day and even beats me to the door to get in. All the teachers are so very kind to all the kids that come to play at kidzone. Melinda, Dara, Paige, Lauren, Lil & Anna are awesome teachers who are the kindest & sweetest teachers to my son. I wouldn’t trust anyone else taking care of my child!

I’ve been coming to this gym/location as long as it’s been open and it’s a great environment with friendly staff. I honestly feel at home coming here. Appreciative of the cleanliness & maintenance, it’s always on point!

Love the facility and positive vibes. So happy with management and nothing compared to the time when this was Golds. The owners are always present… Orlando and Wayne really care about their gym.

This is the best gym in Central Alabama....hands down. The staff, especially Kodie Mezzles & Luke Taylor, are top notch. I've been going to this location for several years and they have maintained a level of quality that is second to none.

The gym itself was really nice. Sue to health issues I decided that I needed to cancel my membership until I am able to go more often. I kept my membership for the full contract year, and since it was coming to an end I went to the gym to cancel. During the past year I did have to freeze my membership because I know I was not physically able to go and they said that was no problem. They did not inform me that I would be charged for those 3 months when I canceled my membership. I was so surprised and the person said that she could waive the fees for the frozen months but her HR rep would not be happy. I told them I would like to come back and join after my treatments and I was better but after this issue I told them that I would not be back. I signed the paperwork to cancel but then they said their internet went out. She told me she would call me back in a couple of hours to get the information for my final charges for the frozen months so I didn’t have to drive back up there. Well…. I never received the call but I signed my paperwork. In the total year I was a membership I only went on site 3 times total but they are robbing customers anyway that they can and taking advantage of people. I’m so upset and discouraged to joining any gym in the future because of how I was treated here.

Best gym I have ever been to. Clean facility and locker rooms, friendly staff, and a wide variety of equipment, including an upstairs track and inside pool. They also have a kids zone which is wonderful for single parents like me looking to find a good gym.
