Excellent staff, great environment. Not a "meat head" gym or a planet fitness. It's a great neighborhood gym with everything you could ever need. Eddy and john the owner are willing to discuss any concern or answer any questions you have.

I’ve been a member of iron works before it was fitness 1440 every time I visit the gym they always remember my happy face and always greet me with a pleasant smile . They’re always helpful and free and help and answer any questions even if your not really sure if you want to join the gym they’ll still let you have a free day pass to let you experience all the equipments and that’s what I love about my gym . You can even bring a friend with you for just $5 and that’s not bad . Fitness 1440 gets 5 stars and a thumbs up from me . Very recommended

Wow, I sure have missed Fitness 1440. Today, marked my third day back in the gym. When I enrolled, I was greeted by a host of friendly staff. As a member, I have access to state of the art exercise equipment, exercise classes, and personal trainers. The most AMAZING thing about being a member is that I have 24 hour access to the gym, so I can workout at my discretion. Fitness 1440 offers many other amazing things. One thing for sure, members get a lot in return and at a good price!

I’ve been a member of this gym for about two years. The staff is pretty good. The equipment is subpar. I’ve seen people fall on poorly maintained treadmill. Management was made aware and a ticket was put in. That seems to be the theme here a call has been place. Great place join at your own risk..

I love this place. Very friendly staff, and helpful. Great place to work out. The minute you arrive you feel like everyone is welcome. They have a lot of equipment. Enough that you never really see anyone waiting on someone else to finish.

When I first joined Fitness 1440, I thought I'd just stay there until a Planet Fitness opened near me. Well, they became my 2nd family. With their help, I lost 140 lbs and I'm keeping it off. You couldn't pay me to leave them. John, Eddy, Chris, Nate, Miss Angie, Kim, all of them are professional, supportive, encouraging, motivating... everything you'd want in your gym staff. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. I have visited other gyms with my friends, and I'd never leave 1440 to go anywhere else.

Excellent trainers and equipment, varied levels of yoga and other classes, massage therapist once a week, variety of protein shakes. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe comfortable environment. Love attending 1440.

I’ve been coming to the gym for a year. Rick is my trainer and he is awesome! I am much stronger and feeling better than I have in years. The staff is great and they become like family!
