The staff is always so nice and always encouraging. The spinning classes I love so much I go on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15 and the teacher is also he's great he will answer any questions you have this is just a great place to be a part of.

I’ve been a member of this gym on and off for 3/4 years now. The staff is always great and friendly. I always see results when I workout there and the training staff is awesome!

Great facility and friendly staff. Would love it if it were more cost friendly for families. Would love for my daughter to be to join me over the summer and keep performance ready for soccer over the summer.., it's just too expensive.

So thankful I started with Fitness 1440. I never thought I would be one to love going to the gym. Training with Chris Trombello has made gym life not only fun but seeing results in my health and physical changes in my body has been so rewarding.

Great place to workout , great staff if you want a personal trainer ask for the tall white guy looks like thorn dad, sorry man can't remember your name , but he is cool guy great trainer

Nice, clean, and friendly environment. Doesn't have a pool area and is very pricey, especially with places like Planet Fitness offering $9 a month. This place is more like $45. Not worth it at all but it's the nicest one in the area. Someone please bring a more reasonably priced gym closer! Or at least add more amenities to this one so you get your bang for your buck. The juice bar they have should be free to members.

Me and my husband got a membership here about 2 months ago and we've both lost weight, gained muscles and feel great after a workout here! Employees and customers are very sweet and everyone friendly! Great atmosphere
