This place is such a scam. I was told I was signing up for 2 months of training and come to find out it was a reoccurring plan. I called to get the third payment removed as I did not want the third month's session or any after that and the rude co manager basically said "sorry but I cant refund your money since it has already been processed." My trainer even agreed with me that I only signed up for 2 months.... Co Manager really didn't care all she cared about was the money was already processed.

Worst experience. Signed up for a 5 day pass, they kept my drivers license. Didn't call me to tell me they had it. I called them to ask if they have it, they said no. I called back and said I know you kept it, please double check. Well yes they do have it! The sales guy calls me to follow up on membership and I tell him about how they kept my ID and didn't tell me. He says "good luck getting it back". What the heck he really just said that? Now I come to pick it up, now they can't find it again. I still don't have my ID. I'm beyond furious with this horrible customer service.

I called the front desk at 12:45 am I asked the man to do me a favor and check if there's a swimming short in the showers. I told him it's a gift from my wife and o left it there because I was in a hurry. I love in cypress and just if he could check so that I can come and get it. He simply told me he's busy and said that I come to check . Is that a service ??????

Just horrible customer service. I tried to use the day use lockers and tried 4 different ones, a quarter each, none of which worked. I go to the front desk and tell the 3 associates there and they just looked at me and one eventually said sorry. Nobody offered to check it out, give a refund, or assist in any way. I just left. LET ALONE the tvs can only be heard via radio stations.. who tf carries around an fm tuner anymore? Gym stinks and is outdated. I expected better. Won't be returning.

DO NOT join that Ignite Training Club 24 class. I regrettably paid a bunch of money hoping for a new workout experience. The trainer does lame workouts and most of the people in the class are senior citizens that slow everything down. I ended up doing a real workout after the classes were over. TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$ This class is a very sad attempt to compete with CrossFit. If you wan the real deal just join an actual CrossFit gym.And the trainer gets in arguments with some of the members. Very rude.

Good gym not great. If youre looking to play basketball i would call first because there is something wrong with the basketball court at least once a month. But overall it's a good gym for cardio and lifting, no complaints there. Need new cycling bikes.

Gym = pretty good. Cardio equipment = pretty good. Lap pool, hot tub, steam, sauna = dank but doable. Needs a makeover. The locker rooms and restrooms are gross and never cleaned. Constant urine all over the men's restrooms. Cleanliness is a must in a gym setting and this is unacceptable.

It's a shame to find such a poor fitness center. This decrepit 24 hour looks like it has not been renovated since the 90's. Went here to swim was disgusted by the pubic hairs floating in the pool. The restrooms were broken in the mens room, and no soap was found thank goodness I brought my own. They also did not have a water expeller for the swimsuits which is standard in most 24's with a pool.

Pros:1. Price - competitive monthly fee, can opt for month-to-month, access to all gyms in Houston except Super Sports2. Personal trainers - Master trainers are attentive, on time, and tailor workouts to goals3. Location - within walking/biking distance of many surrounding neighborhoods and shopping centers4. Equipment selection - Full range of resistance equipment, cardio, core, free weights etc. multiples of popular dumbells5. Actually open 24 hours a day6. Mostly friendly staff and patrons7. Cleaning stations8. Separate area for stretching, box jumps, agilities, jump roping etc.Cons:1. Men's locker room not well kept, always smells of mildew/urine2. Equipment is crowded3. ONLY 1 SQUAT AND POWER RACK4. After the long term trainers many of the newer trainers don't seem very interested or able to tailor workouts to goals.5. Parking lot is undersized for peak hours, no additional parking available6. Barbell plate racks are cluttered and un organized (more the patron's fault)In general I would recommend this gym. Equipment isn't new but isn't antiquated either and usually works very well. There is a wide selection of weight though at peak hours you may still be waiting to land a bench or grab the right set of bells. Cardio bank is pretty expansive with bikes, ellipticals and treadmills. I'm not a class going type but my wife says she has enjoyed the class content and instructors when she has gone. The staff is generally friendly and helpful and the manager is there during peak hours. The only thing that really gets me is the cleanliness of the men's locker room it always smells like urine or mildew and the floors look like they don't ever get cleaned. For the price I'd say this is a good deal for those who are need a gym to put their time in and don't need all of the extra amenities (and cost) of resort style gyms such as Lifetime. If you get a trainer I would recommend doing a little homework at this location. There are 3 pretty good trainers who have had long tenure at this location. The rest don't seem to last more than a few months.
