I was Assisted by a man named Steven, He was attentive and has Great communication skills!! I believe that he should be in charge as he has what it takes to be a manager! Club was clean and all the staff seemed friendly, Crystal is also very informative and a gem to have on Staff!

None of these locations are really bad!! As a member of 8 years I have see members tear up equipment and beat down the soap dispensers like they are in a rage!! The men are worse then the female members!! Slamming down weights! Leaving their trash and clothing in the work out area and locker rooms!! Why on earth would you leave your soiled underwear in the showers and locker rooms!! You’re nasty an you were raised in the woods! These employees are their to keep the gym up not become your personal housekeepers!! It cost money to replace equipment when you decide to it tear it down!! Some members urinate in the elevators! Especially the one at 5070 Richmond Avenue!!They aren’t paying the employees enough to deal with unsanitary conditions especially after covid!!But let’s blame 24 hour fitness for not teaching grown adults home training!!

The gym is old and decaying. The showers are gross, the bathrooms aren’t clean, patrons leave trash on my floor. By contrast, the gym in the heights is new, shiny and spotless. I recommend simply driving 15 minutes down the road.

I walk in and the employee talks to me in Spanish…. I don’t know Spanish. Why you assuming so much based off of how I look. That’s so annoying that I’m judge based off the color of my skin and hair. I’m not even Mexican so next time please try not to be racist and have a attitude with me.April 1st 2:05 pmThe guy is a dōuche in the front

I used to love this location. It's mellow and the staff were helpful. The reason I'm reviewing this low are the hours. It's called 24 hour fitness and they close at 9 or 10. Many of us have schedules that don't fit most peoples standard schedule. Between midnight and 3am are my only free times to get my workout in. If the hours at this location go back I'll revise my rating.
