New management ruined the gym. Way too many new people it’s always crowded no matter the time or day

Spoke to sales rep Emilio regarding charges on my account. I was polite and respectful in explaining my questions/concerns. Instead of reviewing my account prior to further discussion, Emilio proceeded with being rude about everything as if I was wrong until he dived deeper into my account and realized he was wrong and apologized. Customer service skills need some work

Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities at this eso location. I have always found the facilities to be immaculate, with sanitization stations conveniently placed throughout the gym. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

It is now EoS so far the cleanliness and maintenance has remained good. The lower costs have made it more crowded. They need to do something about the idiots who sit on the equipment and F with their cell phones.

The sauna at this location seems to never change in temperature. I’ve asked numerous times to have the temperature increased past 180/185 degrees fahrenheit but, my request has fallen on deaf ears. Most benefits of the sauna will happen in temperatures north of 176 degrees fahrenheit. Unfortunately, the temperature in the sauna seems to be stuck or static at 170 every time that I go in there. It would be much appreciated to have the temperature increased north of 180/185 or higher to maximize the benefits and to also account for members or guests opening and closing the door.Aside from inadequacy of the sauna temperature, my experience with Texans Fit now EOS Fitness has been excellent, the equipment is relatively new, the staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are pretty standard and the members/guests are also great. Absolutely worth the membership.

The Friday 10:15 aqua Zumba class with Barry is excellent. He brings such energy and makes working out fun! Great music and good cardio without stress in your muscles. Would love to see additional aqua classes.

If I can give it no star I would. This place is run by untrained people. The manager on shift (7/10/23 4pm) is also very unapologetic of her inability to share policy changes effectively. The female staff that answered the phone would not admit to providing false policy when my self and my friend called twice at different times. Texan gym is missed.

So I guess it’s not their fault, but I went here thinking it was the Texas gym and they were renovating anyways when I was leaving, I decided to stop at Chick-fil-A to get food and someone broke into my car and stole my backpack with my wallet, lost about $500 worth of training equipment, and money and they also tried to withdraw all of my funds… just so you can be aware that there are people preying on individuals in this parking lot and in this area which sucks because the gym was actually pretty decent and I would’ve actually gone but now I don’t feel safe there. I really feel like they should consider putting security cameras in the parking lot to keep their customers safe.

I've been a member at this gym since it opened as TexansFit. Since EOS took over, it has become an absolute disaster. Like other reviews, I have nothing against new members signing up, but if you are going to increase your amount of members, the amount of equipment has to increase as well. I'm not a math major but does 4 squat racks for almost 100+ people at any given time add up? You waste most of your time waiting for a bench or a machine, locker rooms are a mess (dead roaches, dirty towels, no napkins, etc), and staff is clueless as to what needs to be done. I could go on and on but save your money and time by going elsewhere.

I've been a member here when it was Texans fit. The gym has seriously changed since then. After 2 pm the gym starts to get super crowded. You really aren't able to get a workout in at all because everyone is waiting for a piece of equipment. They even put a sign in the front telling people to park near the HEB because the lot gets full. That's absolutely ridiculous to have that many members for a space like this. You're better off spending your money somewhere elseUpdate:They combined the reviews with the old Texans fit gym to make it seem like they have a better review however they don't. Pretty shady for EOS to do that. Nothing has changed since I originally posted.
