Gym is decent except it’s always so crowded. Way too few weight machines for number of members. They need to fix that situation quickly . Also apparently 4 cars were broken into in the parking lot yesterday. That’s Houston.

I joined this gym when it was still Texans Fit, and it was a refreshing change from my previous experience at other commercial gyms (e.g., 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, etc). I loved coming to this gym, and would get excited to workout here everyday. However, since EoS took over, it has declined so precipitously both in quality and value that now I dread working out.Texans Fit rarely had wait times; a member could walk in anytime during business hours and was able to use the machine they wanted (or a reasonable alternative). Now it’s so insanely overcrowded that going anytime after noon means I have to build in at least an extra 25 - 30 minutes just to stand around and wait for SOMETHING to open up. All of this, and you have to constantly doge and swerve around people lugging enough film equipment to make Michael Bay proud so they can record “IG Fitness Content.”The limited weekend hours are ridiculous, and regardless of the time or day, it’s always packed. Parking, when you can find it, is usually two parking lots away from the actual gym. What used to be an uninterrupted lifting session now is a constant battle with interruptions by impatient members asking how many sets you have left - EVERY SINGLE LIFT. Once, someone asked me how many sets I was GOING to do as I got to a machine, and then tried to get me to let him go first because he was planning on doing ONE set less than me.EoS is more expensive than other gyms of its (newly decreased) quality, yet it fails to deliver what made Texans Fit worth the extra cost. I would cancel IMMEDIATELY if there were a better alternative nearby. If you want a gym membership, just so you can say you have one, but that you can’t actually use, and you don’t mind spending $80+/month, then this is the gym for you…

When I visited this gym a few weeks ago, Jessie Fuentes (a guy) received me cordially, gave me a tour, and instead of launching into some high pressure sales pitch, which is what I got at a competing gym to the north, actually listened attentively to my needs, then spoke by phone to his manager Josh Lovell, who found a solution for me. This gym itself is spacious, has high ceilings, which I like, and is clean. When I later met Josh at the entrance, he recognized my name and greeted me warmly. This was my first encounter with EoS Fitness, and Josh and his team have set a very positive first impression. UPDATE - The other sales guy, Daniel Diosdado, was also courteous, respectful and intelligent in finding a solution for me on another occasion.

I wish there was a negative option as this place doesnt deserve 1 star. I have been a member for a while now and it has been great until EOS took over. The front desk person is completely useless and refused to let me use the cryo device because she said no one told her how to use it. I have used it for months and all you have to do is push a button on an Ipad. Gym is terrible, service is even worse. Don't even bother going here. I will not return.

I have been a member here for a little over two years now. I had numerous billing issues in the beginning of this journey, however I am an extremely patient person and understand things happen. things were resolved. I have also seen many different managers at this location and again with the new transition into EOS. The gym itself is very nice besides the lack of natural light in the building. I canceled my membership in the beginning of May 2023 since I am relocating. Josh the manager at the time told me he would write it down and get it done he asked me to trust him and refused to provide a confirmation of any sort. I obviously did not trust that, so I went on the EOS website to cancel. It had me fill out a form and I did... only to receive a call for the goofy typical sales manager Josh... He asked, " Is it something I did? Why are you cancelling?" At this point I had already spoken to him, so it was clear nothing was done. Again, with the same spiel, "we send a list to corporate, and they get it done. Trust me!" Well conveniently I get charged after I was not supposed to, and he no longer works at this location. I called today to figure it out just to hear the same exact talk track. Great training program they have here! (Insert sarcasm). In conclusion, 8 out of 10 on the gym itself. 1 out of 10 as far as service and customer satisfaction. Also, they over charge some customers and blast $10 per month deals for new clients.

I joined when it was Texans fit and loved it but ever since it switched to Eos fitness it has gone downhill. No parking, it’s always crowded no matter what time you go. It’s looking more like planet fitness now don’t recommend. Raise the prices Eos fitness! Plus the general manger a Hispanic lady was extremely rude.

Unfortunately, ever since the transition of Texans Fit to EoS my experience has gone down hill. I used to really enjoy coming to the gym. Since the buyout, it seems as though the drive for profit has surpassed the quality of the experience for members in the gym. They have been keeping the gym way too hot, less towels and sanitizing wipes (quality of these items has depleted), down equipment, and signing on a crazy amount of new members (with the same amount of space, machines, and free weights but adding extra parking). I am all for more people working out, but not at the expense of existing members’ experience. (The new member fees are around $10 a month while existing members are still paying almost $90 a month). I’m seeing a significant amount of poor gym etiquette as well. Hoping these are new kinks that will be worked out, but if not I’d imagine they will be loosing members. On a positive note, I am happy with the quality of the machines and I really enjoy the previous staff from Texans Fit.

This was my favorite gym up until it became EōsThe music selection is sooo bad now compared to how it was at Texans Fit. Sometimes I wouldn’t even worry about bringing my headphones, but now I have to make sure I have them on me.I have also noticed they are not always fully stocked on the disinfecting wipes like they were before. The paper towels in the restroom are also so cheap and rough now.I love this gym because the equipment is great, but the quality has been slowly declining since the new gym took over..

Check their complaints on the BBB website. They have charged me over and over in a weeks time, about $200 for my $26.99 membership. My bank warned me that they have had the pattern to do this and I'm going to have to open an entirely new bank account. My full review and experience is on the BBB website for their Endicott location but they are deceitful and management will do nothing about the extra payments they have taken from me. The general manager is now dodging my calls even though she said via email to call her ASAP. Hard to believe that people still go here. I miss it being Texans Fit.

Wish Texans Fit never sold to EoS. All the photos on this listing are not representative of this location. Membership rate changes and decline in staffing. Sad as I used to really enjoy this gym before EoS took over.
