Just be aware if you are late for more than 2 minute of the class, they will cancel your whole reservation.I was supposed to have my first class, super excited about it, and planed to be there 30 minutes early to get all prepared. But you cannot always perfectly predict the traffic. So when I was finally about to get there, with only 2 traffic lights ahead, they called me, saying that I am 2 minute late so they have to reschedule.!! Very disappointed!As I am already very sorry for being 2-minutes late, the way the staff communicated to me is also a bit rude, she literally said "you are late, if you don't show up in next minute we will cancel your booking!"

I have multiple friends who work at Orange Theory’s in Louisiana. So of course, when I moved here I joined one in Houston. I’ve really enjoy the trainers and it is a great work out! A few things you should know before you sign up at this location would be:1.) If you have an Apple Watch don’t buy their traditional heart rate monitor for now. They released a new heart rate monitor that syncs to your Apple Watch. This location does not have them in yet, so hold off.2.) Don’t do unlimited. They charge you extra each time you miss. No show cancellation fees are stated in the contract but are up to the franchise owner To enforce depending on the situation. If you want a studio that does take in account of life happening, there are other locations in Houston. Personally, I have now down graded to the 8 classes since I would rather pay $18 for a class I want, rather than $12 for one I don’t.Example: I was stuck in traffic and waze told me I would be there at 5:35, 5 min late. Knowing they will not let you in, I called them 30 min in advance to let them know that since this was a waitlisted class that I did not think I would get in, I didn’t not plan an extra hour in my day fighting houston traffic to get there. Unfortunately, they let me know they would still charge me. That being said I was still there at 5:35 but instead of working out I downgraded my membership.3.) Parking is the worst at this location. Spots are very small and fill up quickly so you have to park in the metered parking lot. If you park in the metered area I don’t think that you actually need to pay. I did the first time and a girl in my class said she never pays and hasn’t been towed. So that’s up to your digression.Over all I love orange theory and I always will but these are just some points about this location to consider.

I loved this workout from start to finish! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I could tell my coach was genuinely interested in my fitness goals and helping me reach them!

I have noticed this location has gone through a ton of new coaches recently. Honestly I miss the previous coaches and their smoothness in getting the whole class through with high energy. Austin is one of the best coaches at this location!——————-Orange theory fitness is standardized so every gym is the same. What sets apart the individual is the staff and amenity.This location is excellent with the number of showers available. I come here before going to work in the morning so having a shower is important. I have seen OTF gyms with only 1 shower... well that just for decoration purposeThe staff here are very friendly. They know the regular folks by names and are always accommodating.

Studio is very clean and the front desk staff will always greet you by name. There is high turnover on the studio trainers but I have yet to have a poor experience with a trainer. I love the personalized workouts and the data they provide you with after your workout is so fun to get into. Only negative to the O.T. brand is they will squeeze you out of your money any way they can.. Forgot your heart monitor - extra charge, 20 min late to or miss a class - extra charge, need a water bottle - extra charge.

I have been a member for 5 months and it was been a great experience.

Highly recommend orange theroy! Workouts are made with everyone in mind, reagrdless of your atheletic abilities. All the staff and coaches are super friendly and motivating.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The workouts give you a variety of cardio, toning and strength building depending on the day and I find it's a great balance. If you want a work out where you're always pushing yourself, I recommend giving it a try! (Your first time is free if you live in the area)

I have been going to OTF for just about two months. I am really enjoying the atmosphere of this gym and the community. The coaches are super motivating and cheer you on when you hit your goals. It makes working out a little less awful! I am also seeing physical improvements and improvements in my running! I highly recommend this location!
